22 Magic Exhaustion (1/2)
When I awoke I was on the ground and my stomach was in knots and my head was throbbing like it had a heartbeat. My vision was spotty at best, it took me another couple of minutes to sit up.
My stomach felt like it was doing little flips. Looking around, I noticed that everything was scorched black. The ground was smooth as glass and the color of obsidian. Everything was a bit hazy, pressing the palm of my hand to my eye, I try to remember what had happened.
It took a couple seconds before the memories of what happened, started to come back. I couldn't help but gasp as I remember what I'd done. I felt a little sick to my stomach, I was still angry that Royal had died, but I didn't know that I could be that cruel.
Shuddering, I clasp my thighs digging my nails into the flesh of them. The sharp sensation of pain shoots through my body.

I'd gained four level from the Minotaur, putting myself at level seven. Shifting slightly, I try to twist my neck, a loud pop sounds as I twist it. My whole body was in pain.
That should mean that I had gotten an extra 40 skill points for leveling up, and then there was the loot and experience from the Minoutar. A little bit in front of me was a tiny pile of loot, that had a few items, must have been from the Minotaur.
I felt a slight breeze that made me shiver, looking down, I realized that I was still naked as a newborn child. Quickly, I reach a hand up to touch my neck, feeling the weight of the neckless, I let out a breath. I still had Jade.
Shrugging my shoulder, I realized that the backpack had also survived the fire. Sliding it off my back, I place it in front of me. Sturdy little thing wasn't it?
What about the skeleton, looking around I realize that the skeleton that I had summoned, had vanished into thin air. There was no trace of it...strange. Although it was only fair, I'd summoned it using a powerful skill, that had a 24-hour cooldown on it.
”Witch of Blood,” I say and a jingling sounds before a cute little voice responds.
”Yes, Alice.”
”Can you tell me what it means by Magical Exhaustion?” I ask, my whole body was starting to feel like a brick, it was so heavy.
”Yes, Magic Exhaustion is when you use up all the magic in your body, normally it would just be Magic Sickness, however, in your case you used a spell that was too strong for your body. Resulting in you overextending your body to cast the spell, dipping your magic power, or mana into the negatives.
”Is that why I feel like a brick?” I asked.
”Yes, magic exhaustion is a very severe case, normally you wouldn't be awake right now, however, because of your level up you're magic capacity has upgraded! However, there are some existing symptoms of the magic exhaustion. It should wear off in a couple of minutes, I would suggest putting more points into your mana.” She replied quickly.
”Very well, can you show me my stats currently?”
