11 The Hags Territory (1/2)
There was a headless woman that was right in front of me. I threw my hand out, and to my surprise when I hit her I felt resistance and then there was nothing, it was like her presence had vanished. She began to split apart in front of my eyes.
My hands were washed in a bright blue and white, that made my hand appear translucent.
A soundless death awaited her. I looked around to see if she would re-appear but she never did; did that mean that she was gone now. The other spirts in the room, appeared to be afraid now. They all flew away from me, no longer hanging on my body or anywhere near me.
[Headless Spirit Excorised]
The notification appeared in front of my face.
Well, that was helpful, it looked like this would allow me to kill the ghost. That bitch was going to die. Bringing my wrist towards my face, I tap the bracelet.
With a flash of lights, a map appears from the bracelet. It's a 3D schematic of the area. A little wedge appeared above the place that I was in, the hospital area. Although it didn't read hospital as it had earlier, before I had run into the lady, instead its called 'The Hag's Territory.' Wait, was this a game?
Had I possibly run into an area that was apart of a game. Why hadn't I gotten a notification from the game if this was apart of a game?
That wasn't right! Shaking my head, I try to remember all the events that had led up to me meeting that lady. I had been looking at my skill menu, what if the notification for this game wasn't an audio like the one that I had first entered, but rather it was a notification that I hadn't seen because I was in my skill menu.
Sucking in a breath, a chill runs up my spine, I was too careless. This wasn't some walk in the park, I should always be aware of what was happening around me. Let's assume that I had wandered into another game area, maybe this was a different mode from the other one.
If that was the case that means that the other woman could have possibly been a player. Though, if she was a player then why hadn't seen tried to escape. She instead warned me to run, that couldn't be a coincidence, right?
