Elisabeth fumed at her question, her face instantly turned red because of her rage while the other women turned ghastly pale as they were caught in act.

Who said that this woman was immature, demure and meekly? She was a devil in angel's clothes, okay? They tried to trap her but every word of her served as a bigger trap than their own.

The two women understood the severity of the situation much better than Elisabeth. Jonathan's aneurysm was in a tricky place that couldn't be treated by a neuroradiologist. So all they could do was to refer him to a neurosurgeon. And their neuroradiologist was in awe after Dr Illes' surgery. He, himself, said how well it was done and that even the incision made was minimal. He had nothing but praises about her technique and her approach. He even expressed how it would be nice to work with such skilled and smart people.

While it was true that Jonathan suffered from a stroke but it was because of his hypertension and obesity. The doctors said that if it wasn't for the surgery Dr Illes had performed previously he would have died straight away from the severe lack of blood to the brain. So, in reality, not only did she not cause the stroke, but also saved his life twice.

Nonetheless, here they were, trying to outwit a genius that had long defied the natural order of doing things. She was a neurosurgeon at the age of 22, how could they belittle her intelligence!?

However, even before they could speak Siana continued her fierce attack,

”I have recorded all of our conversation from today and my lawyer is currently listening to our conversation. Moreover, while you were incessantly talking nonsense I had my colleagues in Northern Hospital retrieve the patient's history. They are currently on their way here. So, now I will give you two choices: either you sink or you spill the beans. It's up to you to decide.”

The three in the room felt like they were in some kind of a nightmare: when did they lose control of the situation? How did it come to this stage?

Elisabeth was still the one with the most ambition and the biggest fear of failing her mission. So she quickly collected her thoughts and retorted with a snort,

”And do you think we would believe just anything you say? According to you you have done so much during this time but how come we didn't see you making a call or anything? Do you take us for fools, Dr Illes?”

Sia smiled slightly at her and raised her hands from under the table. She held her phone in her hands and without even looking at the screen she opened the messaging app and showed the message thread of her and her colleague. By the end of the message she had even wrote to her him to send her three empty messages once the task was done as she couldn't read at the moment. And they could all see those three messages. At the same time they could also see the ongoing call and the recorder that was still on.

Not paying heed to her trembling figures, Sia repeated her question for the second time,
