25 Chapter 25: Imminent Conflic (1/2)

I flew out of the warm water and took a good look at the flooded city.

Vocado : ”That fish guy practically did my job for me.”

I could see bodies floating in the water and a few survivors severely burned by boiling water still clinging to life.

Buildings had collapsed and vehicles were flipped and crashed all over the place.

Some even sticking out of buildings.

It was a hard scene for me to watch and made me question if I could really go through with this.

Especially after hearing and seeing the survivors struggle for dear life.

Or call out to their loved ones who were most likely either dead or had gotten swept away by the waves.

Not wanting them to suffer anymore I shot out small ki beams.

Mercy killing them with quick shots to the head...

I started flying around the city picking off anyone still caught in the water filled streets.

They were clinging to life as there severely burned bodies dyed the water around them red.

I killed men, women, dogs, cats and even…

My body shook I couldn't even bring myself to acknowledge what I had done.

But when I blink I can still see their disfigured and melting faces flash before my eyes.

One day I would bring them all back and destroy Frieza for allowing this madness to happen all across the galaxy.

But until then all I could do was whisper a sorry with every ki blast.

When I had finished killing the last of them.

I closed my eyes and gave them all a silent prayer and an apology.

There were still a ton of people taking shelter within the city buildings.

But I couldn't bring myself to kill them too.

Only the people who were boiled alive and already dying.

I turned my scouter back on.

Vocado : ”Hey what's your status report?”

Mazye : ”Low-class you're alive!?

Vocado : ”Well duh.”

Mazye : ” What happened to the space pods I lost connection with mine.”

Vocado : ”Aww, fuck!”

They must have been destroyed when that fish guy flooded the city shit!
