10 Chapter 10 (2/2)

”Okay, I will be out front if you are looking for me.”

”Okay.”

Skylar closed the door behind her as she and Jessie left and went back to the party. Scholars where looking at them weirdly. They probably thought they were up to something.

”More punch?” Jessie asked.

”Yes please.” She replied.

Jessie bought them more punch and she drank it and her head swam. She started dancing more and losing herself to the music.

”Jessie, can we talk to you? It's urgent!” Beth and Vivian asked. She hadn't even noticed when they had arrived. The room was spinning, and she needed to pee.

”I will be back now.” Jessie whispered in her ear.

Skylar barely heard him, then he left. She started to navigate her way to the bathroom and she was woozy.

She held the wall by the passageway, she needed a breather. Thank goodness no-one was there because she was seeing stars.

She went till the end of the passageway and bingo; the bathroom was there. She closed the door and had trouble unbuttoning her skirt, she pulled down the zipper and her skirt and underwear at the same time.

She sat down, and she peed. She felt relieved. She got up and room was spinning, she put on her skirt, and washed her hands.

She walked out the bathroom and she was woozier than ever. Half way down the hall she stopped because she was now seeing doubles.

It passed and stood upright. The lights went off and it was dark, and the music stopped.

She felt hands go around her waist and she knew it was Jessie. His lips went down on hers and he pulled her fully into him. She returned the passionate kiss equally. She knew it was the alcohol fuelling her.

She put her hands around his neck and into his hair and pulled him closer. The lights came back on and they broke apart.

Only that it wasn't Jessie she was kissing.

It was Reign.
