They both shouted out the name of the shojo manga. This manga was about two girls with the same name having their fates intertwined after they met.
It was once adapted into a TV series too, called “Me from Another World”.
Their fates have indeed been intertwined, and it was because of Meng Fan. Because of Meng Fan’s stream, they had communicated online, and met up by chance using the entrance ticket Meng Fan gave away on stream.
