Chapter 436 - Shes too noisy (1/2)

"Ye Xuanyuan!!!" Luo Han glared at Mr. Ye when he saw the state his wife was in. No matter how indifferent he was to her whereabouts, she was his wife. She should have been treated with respect!

"She's too noisy. I've to starve her a little to reduce the noise," said Mr. Ye emotionlessly. He was not the kind of person to hurt a woman, but knowing that this woman played a role in taking his son away and that she might be responsible for what happened to Lin, he did not even hesitate a little when he told his men to cut her meals down to once a day.

He wished that he was a much crueler man... But he was not. He could not hurt any woman without thinking about his sister or his wife. Even when he told himself that Mrs. Luo was not a woman but a beast cloaked in human skin, he could not do it. All he could do was to starve her.

Ignoring Luo Han, Mr. Ye turned to DX and said, "I know that you've been looking for her… And even though I don't know the whole story, I know that my son is in your hands. If you'd promise me something, I'd give her over to you immediately."

Hearing the man's words, DX smiled. He then laughed a little before saying, "Why would I want her? What I want is Ye Tian. He's the one who hurt my wife."

"A-And you'll have Xiao Tian as well…" said Mr. Ye with a slight tremor in his voice.

His words caused DX, Callum, and Ghost to frown a little as they felt suspicious. The man had been wanting to meet DX for a long time, and he had been pleading for Ye Tian's life... But now, he was saying that he would give both Ye Tian and Mrs. Luo to DX?

Mr. Ye ignored the look that DX was giving him. Instead, he looked at his man. Once he gave his man the signal, the man pushed Mrs. Luo over to one of DX's men.

When DX looked at him with a slight frown as if he was trying to rearrange his words, Mr. Ye said, "I only have one request, XiAn. Keep him in captive if you want, but please spare his life."

It was obvious that he was talking about Ye Tian, and so, DX answered immediately, "No."

He knew what Mr. Ye was doing. Mr. Ye knew that even if he managed to exchange Ye Tian back today, there was no guarantee that DX would not come after Ye Tian again after this. The only thing that Mr. Ye could do now was to ensure the life of his son.

"He's just an innocent boy who had nowhere to run from the moment he was born… If you want anyone to blame," said Mr. Ye. He turned to point a finger at Luo Han before gritting, "Blame him! He's the cause of all this!"

Luo Han glared at Mr. Ye as he snapped, "Ye Xuanyuan, what the f*ck are you talking about? How can you give Xiao Tian to him?!"

Hearing Luo Han calling his son so intimately, Mr. Ye laughed, "I can't do anything to you… All these years, I've to pretend that I know nothing about what you've done to her… I've to pretend that we are still friends... But guess what… She told me."
