76 She doesnst care. (1/2)

Weeks have passed and sad to say but Zoey and Nickel's annoyance towards Michael keeps growing. Marie isn't the only person got fired because of him. Some are due to his curiosity about the company's information and stuff. Thank God that Nickel is so diligent about keeping company profile that he can detect whether someone is trying to get access to their system.

When everything is too much with them Nickel organized an all departmental meeting and also to discuss their possible precautions to this annoying outsider.

”I called everyone here to discuss on how we will be able secure our company data. Orb representative kept on trying to access the system and trying to alter our system to change our flow. IT will please secure a concrete firewall to our system.”

Nickel didn't waste anymore introduction once everyone has arrived. And because it is a serious matter to them and with the company they are squeezing every brain cells they have to try to solve this one without creating any conflict between two companies.

Liao, who has no idea about computers and firewalls and the relationship of the companies, said 'why don't we just remove Cortez here? That guy is giving me a load of shit every day.' You can see to May's face the irritation that she has towards Michael.

”I'm already in the process of that. Just be more patience to him. Alcantara secure your data and your department as close as possible. I saw some female staffs of yours that were getting cozy with Cortez. He might take advantage with them and tried to ask your department's access” Nickel sternly said to Zoey who sat on his left side. Ever since she entered the conference room she haven't said a word or two to contribute to their topic.

Feeling being scolded and useless for not checking and monitoring her staffs Zoey felt down and ashamed. She thought she is already busy with work and everything now she is in need to check her employees from time to time?

Everyone in the room were rocking all their brains when suddenly said 'can we just give minimal access to everyone?'

Everyone looked at her with an invisible light bulb above their heads. That is one brilliant precaution they can do. Removing the full access of everyone into the system will lessen the risk that someone will give their profile to anyone outside the company.

”Good idea Alcantara!” Nickel compliment her suggestion. ”List all the task your teams are doing and your staffs routine jobs. Give it to IT Officer and IT will deduct the access that are not required to everyone's routine job. Adjourn.”

Nickel stood up and left the room and the building. He still has a deal that needs to attend.
