”Oh, it's nothing. Zoey is a dear friend of mine.” Michael actually wanted to say 'she is my dearest lover before' but changed it into a safer word to describe his relation to Zoey.
”I see.”
”Anyway, Let me formally introduce myself to you. I'm Michael Cortez, head manager of Orb and Asian-Sealed Corporation associate with this collaboration. We will be working together from this day forward Mr. COO.”
He stressed out the words 'working together from this day forward' to Nickel while looking at Zoey who unconcerned paying attention to him.
She was still looking at the guy from his left whose hand was still on her shoulder.
Nickel removed his hand on her shoulder then extend his arm for a handshake.

Zoey seems like a flower vase around this two talking, she cannot understand their topic about business. The only thing she knew is on how to reconcile close and prepare the financial reports for a business, marketing, administration and stick were out of her league.
It was like listening to a calculus professor during your elementary days when even basic algebra is unknown to you.
Or reading the works of Shakespeare instead of learning the English alphabet and the concept of vowels and consonants.
Her head was about to explode from the information. Feeling a little dizzy, Zoey pinched her glabella then drink a mouthful of her juice.
”Baby, are you find?” Nickel asked her after she had stood. ”Continue with your topic, I'll just go to the comfort room.”

”Baby you okay??” Nickel concerned of Zoey's well-being he then touched her forehead to feel if she is having a fever.
