Again, gratefulness rose within Shi Buyi and he quickly reminded himself again, told himself not to let his guard down.

I am not used to this, him being so nice to me all in a sudden…,  Thought Shi Buyi as he still felt unhappy but his impression on Zhong Yue changed slightly.

"In the West Barren, there should be one more god other than Zhu Jiumu. The problem is that I don't know where is he hiding."

Zhong Yue thought for a moment and said, "And another god ran into the Kun Lun Realm. Other than them, there is a demon god in the demon land and two insect gods. They however, were all hiding. Wei Xue God was still manageable but these other gods out there are perhaps not someone to be messed with. The hardest ones to be dealt with are probably the likes of Lord Kun, Lord Demon…"

As soon as he thought of this, he felt something and when he looked towards somewhere far away, he bowed and greeted, "How have you been, Senior Jiumu? Thank you for your help for helping me to guard Swords Gate during my absent."

Zhu Jiumu from the Zhu Jian Celestial Race remained the looks of an old man and when he walked towards Zhong Yue, he put up a complicated expression and said as he lamented, "I am fine, little Zhong Yue. I never thought you could come back alive and I was just repaying your debt by guarding Swords Gate. Besides, the demon god is injured badly so there was actually no need for me."

Upon saying this, his expression turned even more complicated and said, "Little Zhong Yue, too many have died because of you. Wei Xue God did force you to go to the insect race to kill yourself but you didn't die in the end, did you? Is there a need for you to do all of these? May I request you to let him go?"

Zhong Yue smiled and replied, "Senior Jiumu, when you advised them not to force me into a corner like that as well, did they listen to you?"

Zhu Jiumu stunned for a moment and as soon as he understood Zhong Yue's determination, he sighed and replied, "Little Zhong Yue, I know you are a smart person. With you present, you humans will triumph as a great race on par with the celestial and demon races. As long as you are still here, the humans will remain strong. However, what do you think will happen if you insist on killing Wei Xue God now? How will the other races think?"

Zhong Yue's heart tigthened on Zhu Jiumu's word and Zhu Jiumu continued saying, "They will think that once you grow strong enough, you will not spare the other races, thus, forcing them to team up against you! If you let Wei Xue God go now, no one will be able to stop the rise of the human race but if you insist, I'm afraid you will not walk out of West Barren alive."

Shi Buyi immediately looked at Zhong Yue and he felt worried for him right away.

Perhaps, whatever Zhu Jiumu said was actually a message from the other races in West Barren; obviously, the other races have been paying attention to this battle and they also knew that Zhong Yue has captivated Wei Xue God!

Whatever Zhong Yue did so far has garnered the attention of the celestial races in West Barren; if he could capture Wei Xue God, it means that he could also swipe across the entire West Barren with relentless power!

Thus, wouldn't it be better for them to kill him before Zhong Yue fully grown up to prevent more trouble instead of waiting him to destroy them!

After all, Zhong Yue was still defeatable, killable right now but once he become a god, then everything would be impossible!

The reason why Zhu Jiumu came to advise Zhong Yue to let Wei Xue God go was because he was friend with Zhong Yue.

However, if Zhong Yue refused to listen to Zhu Jiumu, then the celestial races in West Barren will team up and kill Zhong Yue at all cost!

At the same time, celestial rays shot up into the skies from the many celestial temples; there were also prayer voices everywhere as the celestial races were all praying to their gods!

Upon their calls, the godly spirits and divine weapons in their celestial temples woke up from their slumber and prepared to strike at once!

Obviously, beneath the many celestial temples were prayer rituals hosted by one after another high priests as they led their people!

"Master Zhong Yue…." said Shi Buyi as he trembled slightly.

He was the lord of all monsters, he deeply knew that how terrifying the situation would be if the many races in West Barren fully unveiled their power!

Zhong Yue who also saw the celestial rays far away also remained silent.

Zhu Jiumu coughed and said, "It is still alright if you stop now. They respect the strong so they will let you go if you stop right now. Only by staying alive will you ascend as one of the strongest in this world. You should know that the god of you humans once walked on the West Barren but he too, lost his life in the end as well…."

Suddenly, Zhong Yue asked, "Senior Jiumu, if I am not wrong, we humans have been taken as food by these races out there for a very long time, yes?"

Before the stunned Zhu Jiumu could react, Zhong Yue laughed and said loudly, "I will not let Wei Xue God go! I will cut down everyone you send after me! Everyone!"

His voice gotten louder and louder and finally, his voice gotten so loud that it even shook the skies, "I will now walk on the path the god of we human race walked on! I await your arrivals!"

Zhu Jiumu sighed and left as there was nothing he could do now.

Far away, an almighty voice sounded and it said, "Zhong Yue, your bravery and talent is not anywhere weaker to the Swords God back then. I have to say that you have my deepest respect. That being said, I will wait for you at the Divine Battlefield!"
