Chapter 357 - [Celestial Demon Yi] (1/2)

Around the mountain, Sword Qi lashed out in all directions and only the mountain top remained momentarily unaffected.

The moment the duo's palms struck together, two light light screens emerged in the center of the two palms, one vertical and one parallel to the ground.

The vertical light screen cut the whole mountain into two halves. It was round in shape like a Tai Chi Symbol and tens of miles long.

The billowing demon fire and sunfire burned vigorously together, a blazing huge sun appeared on the left and within it, the Pure Yang Qi formed into a three-taloned Golden Crow, which then morphed into a three-legged celestial being. On the right side of the Tai Chi Symbol was a round and bright moon, the Pure Yin Qi formed a six-eyed star toad which turned into a six-eyed three-legged celestial being.

The Yin and Yang revolved and the Tai Chi was in action, sucking Demon Saint's hand into it.

The halved mountain beneath Demon Saint was quaking but it didn't collapse. Instead, it was being sucked toward the Tai Chi Art and pulverized into dust.

Demon Saint's five fingers were being pulled into the light screen. From the changes of Yin and Yang comes the birth of Tai Chi, and the changes of celestials and demons foretold the time of life and death. His palm was being crushed by the Yin Yang and the [Celestial Demon Tai Chi Art] was disrupting the arcane energy in his body, destroying his psyche and totem patterns.

His skin was pulverized just like the mountain, disintegrated and vaporized away, exposing the blood, meat, and bones to the air while the Tai Chi Art was still revolving in an attempt to suck him fully into the light screen!

'Yi (易)' was a unique word created by taking the Fuxi True Form as a reference, a resemblance to the Fuxi True Form. The top part '日' was the head and the '勿' was the snake body, 'Yi' was a word holding abstruse meanings.

At this moment, the [Celestial Demon Yi] Zhong Yue had used was a skill created by him resembling his own Fuxi True Form!

However, this skill was still crude and primitive. After all, he had only created it just minutes ago, and time didn't allow him to polish the skill. Moreover, he felt his lack of experience and knowledge. Although the [Celestial Demon Yi] was created, it was just a primitive beginning.

Various changes took place in his body; the blood started boiling, the arcane energy vaporizing, the mortal body melting away, his Yuan Shen shuddered violently and his soul was nearly pulled away from his body!

The nine demons that worshipped the enemy were in fact smiting away the enemy as an oblation to themselves!

In just the first bout, they had both only used two moves, all which were incredibly deadly, unlike anything else Zhong Yue had ever met before!

If he hadn't watched the battle of Shura and Demon Saint, he wouldn't have realized his lack of prowess and or attempted to enhance himself. If he had not, Demon Saint would have been able to kill him on the spot with just these two moves.

Demon Saint pulled his sword away from Zhong Yue's Golden Feathery Peng Sword, and thrust it over at the center of the [Celestial Demon Tai Chi Art] where the dragon carving was located, breaking the balance of the Yin and Yang and causing them to be plunged into a state of chaos.

The [Celestial Demon Yi] crumbled in a trice, and the Demon Saint quickly pulled his hand back. In just a few moments, the flesh and blood on his hand had been eaten away, and only his bones were left. Even the finger bones were soft like jelly, and dense holes covered the surface of the bones.

Over half of his left arm had been pulled into the [Celestial Demon Yi] , and it nearly reached his shoulder. If his shoulder was sucked in, followed by his neck and head, he would then be in immense danger.
