”Pitiful?” Lex laughed coldly and said, ”The pink army was only built for twenty years. Between God Grace and Titan, they killed almost a dozen thousand people. These women are wicked and merciless. They slaughtered an entire village just for a baby in the village.

”What did they want the baby for?!” Saleen had a bad feeling about this.

”Of course to train for the army in the future.” Lex sounded like she was shivering.

”The two empires actually didn't care?”

”Of course they did, but the pink army is hidden in a spot that is too secretive. The area where they moved around is the gap between the two empires and they were afraid that it might lead to war for them to send large scale army.”

Saleen blinked his eyes quickly and asked. ”The place where they hide, could it be...”

”It is our first target this time.”

Saleen was suddenly relaxed. The genius turned out to have received treasure that the Goddess of Myers had left behind and he got such an encounter. It's a pity that the person's mind was not good and he could not practice in peace. The man had finally died and his soul disappeared.

Did he not view himself as genius too? Before reaching twenty years old, he was already a grade-5 grand mage. The entirety of that was derived from the favor of the goddess though. If he did not get the Ring of Gifts, he would have died in the Chaotic Swamp.

If he were to have nowhere to escape to, he could also go into the temple and close it. Unless there was really a God that had fallen into this world that would stop him, there would not be anyone that could find him.

”The pink army do it over and over again and are not only relying on concealing their tracks, right?” Saleen asked another crucial question.

”Yes. In the beginning, the pink army was very arrogant, but they ran into a few troubles and started to rein themselves in. The man that was struck dead by lightning left many magical things behind. The double faced strong cavalry was improvised by him. The power was much stronger than the original double faced strong cavalry. The pink army then formed their gang directly and passed all the messy things for the gang to deal with them while they only take charge of fighting.”

”If so, does it mean that we have to destroy the pink army to get to our destination?”

”I'm afraid it's so. In the first destination, I'm afraid there won't be many valuable items, but the coordinates had to be exhaustive. There might be deviation in our calculation otherwise.”

Saleen nodded to express his understanding. If the main temple was not at the Purgatory Desert, deviation was acceptable. In the Purgatory Desert, a small mistake could take one's life.

”The leader of the pink army was the man's wife. Both of my black metal swordmasters didn't manage to make her stay even for a moment. If you were to run into her alone, it would be very troublesome. From today onwards, don't be too far away from me.” Lex did not put her cards on the table, but Saleen understood. If the two black metal swordmasters were to keep the leader of pink army for a few seconds to let the assassin by Lex's side rush over, the assassin would not only hurt her.

Lex did not let the assassin go far away to prevent that woman from hurting her.

”You don't have be too anxious. She was hurt by Bain and he remembers her scent. If she wants to get close to us, it won't be as easy anymore.” Lex looked at Saleen's stern expression and immediately comforted him.

Saleen smiled. He was anxious because he knew how strong the assassin by Lex's side was. The assassin tried his best to attack, but he did not manage to keep the woman so that woman was definitely someone that he could not deal with. The assasin remembering her scent would definitely make it difficult for the woman to get close to Lex though.

”Are we still going to the the Princess Castle?” Saleen thought Lex took the route to lure the pink army to launch an attack. Now that the two-hundred double faced strong cavalry was wiped out, it would be safer to go to the south. Any further west, they would be too close to the Tanggulasi Empire. Saleen was afraid of Holy See.

”Of course. We are not going to stop there long. I am only leaving some money to buy some wine maker and have them go to Bitter Water Prefecture. Then, there will be people that send them to Metatrin city naturally.

”Buy?”

”Heh, not as slaves. Winemakers normally have to follow some nobles for life so it would be difficult to hire one. I might as well buy some from the nobles and sign a contract.”

”Your Highness, we can go now.” the swordsmen outside were done cleaning the dead bodies up, but they did not find any useful clues.
