Chapter 33 - Bardocks Restlessness! (1/2)

Both Gine and Bardock's fist clashed with one another. Gine quickly executed a sweeping kick toward Bardock's legs, she didn't continue her exchange. Bardock shot to the sky to dodge, but his expression was strange.

Bardock knew that her training had paid off if she could keep up with him like that. Shaking his head, he didn't admit defeat, he was rather enjoying this. Not long after, Gine darted toward Bardock with a smile, she pointed her arm at him and opened her hand.

When she opened her hand; a Blue energy beam shot toward Bardock swiftly. Bardock didn't sit around and dodged the attack, he went around the beam to attack Gine from the side. Gine quickly stopped her attack, but she couldn't dodge on time, so she could only block Bardock's incoming kick.

Bardock's Base form was still stronger than hers, with his strength being a solid 10,000. Without being able to resist and block the attack, she was sent flying toward the forest below. Kayn watched from the ground, but he knew this fight wasn't over.

Gine caught herself and looked towards Bardock who was still hovering in the air.

”You really have improved, but not just improved, it a dramatic improvement!” Bardock had to admit this, she was just about even with him in strength.

”But, it isn't enough. However, I'm proud that you've grown so much.” Bardock said.

”Thanks, but it isn't over yet.” Gine smiled and continued. ”Tell me if you can keep up with me at this point.”

”Uh, oh!” Kayn mumbled.

Suddenly, Gine's body flashed red while calling out Kaio-Ken x2!

”What?” Bardock was stunned, what was this form? Gine suddenly blurred and shot towards Bardock in an instant, he couldn't even see what had happened when he was punched in the face.

”Ugh!” Bardock was sent hurling toward the ground, but with a glint of red light; Gine appeared at his side mid-flight and kicked him toward the forest.

Booom!

Upon crashing into the forest; a large dust cloud emerged along with the fall of trees. Gine ended her Kaio-Ken and rushed over to where Bardock had crashed. Kayn almost laughed, she ruthlessly beat the hell out of him, and after pummeling him, she was now concerned?

Kayn shook his head and flew over as well.

”A-are you alright? Bardock!” Gine quickly found Bardock and help him up. He looked at Gine with untold shock, he wanted to say 'what the hell was that!?'

”You're definitely stronger than me, I guess I was wrong.” Bardock felt like he was in a dream. The woman who always needed saving and even quit fighting to work as a butcher was now stronger than him!

”Pfft!” Gine burst into laughter. ”It has been a while since I've seen you make that face, hahaha!” Gine rubbed the part of his face she punched, while Bardock remained silent, what could he say now?

Moments later, the trio flew their way back to the house. Bardock was happy that Gine could defend herself, but her improvement was so much for him to take in.

”This planet is perfect for training, so you'll get stronger in no time.” Kayn assured Bardock would see great improvement as well.

”I'm not worried about that, I'm wondering about Raditz, where is he? Is he still with Vegeta?” Bardock suddenly brought this question to light, he heard about Kakarot, but what about Raditz?

”He's with Vegeta, Nappa, and a Saiyan named Anya, that's all I know.” Kayn never mentioned these Saiyans to Gine; she only knew he was with Vegeta.

”He's with a group of Elites, but why is it only these 3? Vegeta's group should be bigger than this?” Bardock was aware that Vegeta had a multitude of Saiyans by his side for precaution-sake. These Saiyans were sent by King Vegeta to ensure nothing bad happened to Vegeta.

”Dead, all dead!” Kayn flatly said. Bardock nodded with indifference, this made perfect sense; there was bound to be some casualties depending on the mission.

Bardock just returned from the dead, but he was eager to start training. Kayn wanted to train as well, but he had to teach Bardock the basics, which was the dealings of Ki. He didn't want to interfere in Gine's progress, so he could only teach Bardock himself.

Learning Ki Senses required focus and patience. This didn't come easy since Bardock was restless after seeing how strong Gine had become. Kayn sighed, this was going to take longer than it should.

During these days, Kayn continued to guide Bardock while Gine ran over to the Gravity Zone nearly every day. The days she didn't go to the Gravity Zone, she would help Kayn teach Bardock.

However, Kayn saw that Bardock was learning faster under Gine's guidance, this was because she was his wife and she would get physical with him a lot. Kayn would just slip away when she was training Bardock to a secluded place.

Bardock was a genius like his son Goku, so learning [Ki Senses] only took him 2 months. Meanwhile, Kayn was elsewhere looking to advance to the next stage, which was super Saiyan 2!

Due to Kayn's bloodline, it was possible that he could skip the mid-transformations between SS1 and SS2 and dive straight into SS2!

Kayn would have to venture deeper into the Gravity Zone, the final area of the planet. This place was an unexplored Gravity area of the planet. No one dared to fly to this uncharted area, there were no signs of life there, not a bird in sight!

Kayn knew this because he could sense any life in that part of the planet. Anything would be crushed by the sheer force of gravity. The other way would be to just head to earth and use the hyperbolic time chamber. However, he would save his uses on the time chamber for more pressing matters.

Kayn looked at his system for a moment, he noticed a few new things. The way he leveled up was different compared to everyone. He had to follow the laws of the system for something since it was basically a cheat.
