Chapter 31 - First Step To Power! (1/2)

Time was going by fast, Kayn was practicing his Spike Bomb Technique from time to time. Gine was already stronger than Nappa at this point. Kayn felt his blood boiling, his strength was at the Initial Stage of the Ancient Saiyan level.

His strength was already ahead of the game at this point, but he still wasn't at Cell's level. However, Kayn already decided that he would kill Cell before he could become complete. Another thing was, he believed he would be stronger than Cell by the time he became to be.

But there was another problem; if Cell were to get some of Kayn's genes/cells as he did with the other Z-fighters, he would surely be far stronger than he should be.

”How can I avoid something like that happening, I have to find Dr. Gero's base and level it.” Kayn couldn't remember where the base was, all he knew as the base was close to some highway road near a cliff-fall.

Kayn didn't think about this anymore, instead, he pointed his attention towards the system. The system made things easy for him to become a Super Saiyan when he met the qualifications. There was something on the system that said [Super Saiyan] flashing with bright yellow fire around it, ready for him to activate.

Kayn's base form was already extremely powerful at this point. He didn't want to activate it now, but instead, doing it in private. Kayn also checked the Items he got from the system, the [x5] Multiplier Booster Card.

The system could rate items and the Multiplier Booster Cards rated high. This item from the system was rare and couldn't be bought off the system. It did what its name implied, it had the ability to boost the multiplier of a form or Technique that boosts your strength through the multiplier system, like [Kaio-Ken] and [Super Saiyan].

Kayn had 2 of these cards that could boost his strength by x5 for any of his forms permanently. He decided to use them later for higher forms in the future.

Over the passing months, Gine finally grasped the [Spirit Bomb Technique]. Kayn was already nearing 17 at this point. Once she learned this Technique, Kayn was ready to book it out of here. He would surely come to visit King Kai often. The main reason for this was because he wanted to battle in the OtherWorld tournaments in order to fight people like Pikkon.

”King Kai, thank you for your teachings.” Kayn thanked King Kai.

”No Problem, I teach anyone my Techniques that make it here.” King Kai didn't see it as a big deal, this was what he did. Besides, he was bored here all alone anyway, so he usually bided his time to keep company. Kayn knew he did this to Gine, but she still learned the Technique at a decent time.

”Yes, thanks King Kai for all your help.” Gine also thanked him, he personally helped her a lot so she was grateful for that. She had thought of putting holes in his tires at one point, but long decided not to.

”There will be another Saiyan coming to train here in the future, can you not tell him about us? I'll talk to that particular Saiyan later.” King Kai looked at Kayn with a bit of confusion but he agreed nonetheless.

Kayn said his final goodbyes and put his hand on Gine's shoulder. Using the recalled shuttle order, the space twisted and he appeared in his cabin back on Derail 7.

Gine looked around at the change of scenery, but she wasn't surprised in the least. She had seen Kayn use this 'Technique' before and wasn't new to it.

”Where is this? Is this your home, the place you've been living this whole time?” Gine asked.

”Mostly, yes, but also no. This is just a good place to train, I've already chosen a new and true home for us.” Kayn answered slowly.

”I understand.” Gine turned and walked outside where she saw a large garden near the cabin. This sight stunned her for a second before she walked over to check it out. Kayn followed Gine and told her that he made this with the help of Saibaman.

”What? Saibamen were this useful?” Gine's mouth went crooked hearing this, she thought Saibamen were only good for training elite fighters and bodyguard duty.

Kayn started to relay the training he took here, he had told her mostly about this already, but he told her a bit more.

”Gravity Training? If the Saiyans knew that was the easiest way to improve they would have done it.” Gine knew the Gravity on Planet Vegeta was stronger than the usual environment of other planets, but the Gravity Kayn spoke of was too high.

Kayn explained a few more things about the planet, like hunting animals for food and the pads he used to travel. Gine was instantly curious about these travel pads that could let him travel to a destination instantly.

One of the pads was by the house, so she went over and got on it; arrived in the cave where the freshwater pond was. He told her that this was his water source for survival all those years, while he ate animals around the planet.

After drinking some water, they returned back to the house. Kayn needed to expand on this Cabin in order for her to sleep properly. Gine wasn't hungry since they ate at King Kai's place before leaving.

Before she started training, Kayn checked her Power level with the scouter and found that her strength was at 9,100 at full strength! He noted this down and told her about it, he kept a record to see how much she would improve and she was on board with that.

Kayn sat a table down near the Gravity Zone with water and food on it before leaving. The food was in containers to prevent scavengers from taking it. Afterward, Kayn went back to the Cabin and started fixing the place up a bit while Gine was training by herself.

Kayn never bothered to actually build the cabin himself and used the system like he did last time. The structure that was once a cabin had now turned into a house. Kayn added a King-sized bed in Gine's room that could accommodate 2 people. He had his own room and his bed was just as big.

The Sun was setting and Gine arrived back at what was supposed to be Cabin, but it was now a house. Gine didn't know what to say, she was too tired to ask and just went to her room and crashed. Kayn didn't sit around and went out to another part of the planet.

Kayn appeared in a quiet place on the planet, but this place had a rough downpour at the moment.
