Chapter 4 - Food, Water, and Training Area! (1/2)

The Ape rush in a frenzy using its arm and legs to move forward. Kayn charged what energy he could gather into his fist and collided with the Ape. Much to his surprise, the ape was knocked away!

He wasn't done yet, it didn't have a single ounce of Ki, so it couldn't really do much to Kayn despite its power level. The monkey's power level wasn't that far ahead of Kayn's to begin with. The monkey's eyes turned bloodshot from anger and it rushed Kayn again.

”Kamehameha!” Kayn had already started to charge up Ki wave, just when the monkey was about to punch him, he fired it off. The Ki Wave Engulfed the monkey in an instant as his Ki wave shot into the forest once again!

Boom!

Once again, dust and dirt kicked up in what appeared to be a smokescreen.

”Ha! I killed it, I actually killed it!” Kayn's hands were shaking a bit, but he'll get used to it. He had a lot of things to kill!

He wanted to start training, but he needed to find a decent water and food source. ”I need to find a stream, lake or river to get food and water from.” Fish could be caught, but water may be a problem, he needed fresh water.

Kayn was hungry after his fight with that monkey, or should I say slaughter of? Happily, he had back up food to eat, it was more like snacks than anything. He didn't need too much to eat for his age, but he'll start getting hungrier and eating more in due time.

He went back into the cave and opened his pod to eat and sleep in. Tomorrow or later he'll need to find a river to hunt some fish, he needed a food supply to train.

This cave was deeper than he originally thought but once he came to the end of it, he saw a crack in the rocky wall. The crack was leaking water that created a little pond, Kayn squinted his eyes and walked closer.

”This is dangerous but I should check and see if this water is drinkable.” Kayn was going to drink it but he remembered the system, so he had the system scan the water. The water was drinkable freshwater much to his delight.

”Well, that solves my water trouble, so now for my food supply problem.” After knowing that he had a good water source, he was overjoyed, water was more important than food for survival. Kayn walked back to his space pod and hopped into it, he wanted some information on this planet.

The planet had some strong creatures on it according to the information. It stated that some part of this planet was hard to breathe in. There were even parts of the planet that had strong gravity that was higher than Planet Vegeta's!

”This could be good, I need to locate those gravity spots. Perhaps I could use them for training, weight training still works well in the Dragonball Dimension.”

Kayn pulled up the system, he wanted to study it a bit, so he looked through it. ”Wow, I have a starter Crate that I never opened!” Kayn was surprised, he was new to the system, so how could he discover this?

Kayn quickly pushed it to open it up.

[Do you want to open Starter Crate? yes/no]

”Yes, open it up!” As he said that he pushed yes.

”Oh, this stuff looks good!” He didn't have a System Storage, he would have to buy even that. The System Storage could carry an infinite amount of items, but it cost too much!

Kayn smiled in satisfaction and looked at the interface of his space pod. The displayed show the planet's Gravity Zones, Hard to Breathe Zones, and the Polluted Zone! This place had been scouted before, so they had some information on the planet.

He just received a strange item from the Starter Crate called Teleportation pads! Kayn looked at the description to confirm what they could do.

[A+B+C Teleportation Pads: Allows the user or anyone the owner allows to use to speed travel/teleport at the location the pad was placed.

”Haha! It was as I thought, just when I needed something like this!” What Kayn didn't know was that the Starter Crate usually gave the beginner what they really need at the moment they opened it.

Kayn took the pads out, the A pad was Red, the B pad was Blue, and C Pad was Yellow. He sat the A pad down in the cave near the little pond. This will be his water source, so he needed to sit his B pad near a good food source.

Kayn walked outside with his Space pod following him as it hovered behind slowly. Once it was outside, he got into it and set the coordinates to a gravity Zone. This gravity Zone, according to the info was only 2x stronger that Planet Vegeta's gravity.

As he was flying through the sky, he checked his scouter's information. Apparently, a global message had been sent out to all the Frieza corp. The message was nearly a year old, Kayn was going to turn 4 in about a week or so.
