Chapter 2197 - Treasures Everywhere II (1/2)

One and a half hours passed by since we have come to the manor, and till now, we have sacked four-room and found many precious things.

In just four rooms, I had collected ten-some things whose valley is bigger than any single storage of Grimm, which is kind of shocking seeing the level of things I usually found in the storages but it is a reality.

”It is blocked; it seemed like we have no way but to go up,” Rhea said, seeing the broken formation which is blocking the whole way into the right-wing.

It did not bother us; the stairs to the upper floor are still open, and we could go to the right wing by the garden route, but we are not interested in doing that.

There are still two floors above us, and they would be more than enough for us, and we would not be staying here for long. We will leave a few hours after the battle is finished, and till now, the battle has not finished.

I could still fear the powerful sounds of their attacks and shockwaves that had been clashing against the defenses of the manor as Grandmasters fighting came closer to the manor.

We begin to climb the stairs to the upper floor, avoiding any formation we could and breaking those we couldn't, and finally, we have reached the second floor, and it is much better than the floor below.

Some of the showpieces in the hallway are still in great condition, and seeing them, our eyes couldn't help but lighten up; there are things that we have caught our eyes.

I did not waste any time and started breaking the formation on one piece after another. I fought with Rhea on some pieces before we negotiated and divided the loot and within an hour, all the seven pieces in the hallway were in our storages.

There are nineteen rooms in total; some seemed important, some not. All of them had the formation on the door, and eleven of them are broken in some, though some are in good enough condition that I could try to break them, but I will do that only when I finish with perfect condition formation.

I will not take risks with the broken formation unless I have no choice, and here I have a choice, there are eight rooms with the perfect formation and another floor above for us to explore.

I started the first door on the right, and eleven minutes later, it was broken, and we went inside and started to break the formation on the things.

As I continuit breaking the formations after formation, I fell into the rhythm. My speed grew faster; first, it was only a few seconds faster, but soon it transformed to minutes which helped a lot in saving time.

”They seemed to have stopped,” I said when I heard no sound of a fight for a whole minute. ”Who do you think won the battle?” Rhea asked.

”I don't know, but I am sure about one thing, and that Grimm Grandmaster has survived,” Rhea nodded, not contending my reply.
