Chapter 1854 - Thunder Snakes (2/2)

CLANNNG CLANNNG

Two loud clanging sounds rang out as these icy chain swords clashed against the snakes. I have also not come out of this clash unscathed either; summoning those two chains, vines had put a lot of pressure on me and made blood came out of my eyes and nose.

This hammering pressure is no simple thing, but I bore it. The enemy is very strong that I have used my all to defeat it. The slightest laxness and hesitation would result in my end.

SHAR SHAR SHAR…

The three thunder snakes roared loudly and came at me with even more force. I did not back down either and went to meet them with my three swords while keeping an eye on the other four snakes, which are still pouring more and more thunder at me that now, it looks like I am surrounded in a pool of thunder.

Attack after attack came at me; these snakes are persistent, not taking even the slightest break. I am fine with that and even happy; while animated projections methods are powerful, they have weaknesses, or this one had the weakness.

Crockman had bȧrėly comprehended the basics, so it could not provide its animations unrestricted power. If what I had observed till now is right then, after summoning them, it had not provided them with any energy; as long as I whittle away all their energy, they are bound to disappear.

The crockman seemed to understand as well, which is why the expression on its face getting worse and worse every minute.

A minute had passed, and a change had occurred in the battle; the four snakes who were spewing thunder at me stopped and came at me. There was no surprise in me seeing that; I had kind of expected it would happen, and it will be no use to Grimm Monsters.

All seven monsters are huge that only four could attack me at the time. I had to strain myself even more to produce one more icy chains sword; doing that, even my ears started to bleed, and some veins of my head had popped up.

I bore it all, it is getting desperate, and I just have to hang on for little time, and I would be finished with my preparations, and that time, these snakes on would not be any danger to me.

Time passed by, and soon four minutes passed by, and finally, a smile appeared on my face. I had finished with my preparations; this bastard had pressured me a lot.

I would have finished with my preparation much sooner if not for fear of it damaging the plants below in its retribution; that would have been bad since there are still quite many rare and precious Tyrant grade plants that I hadn't collected yet.
