A horror couldn't help but dawn on my face and flapped the invisible wings with as much energy I have to dodge the attack.

I felt a sharp pain in my lower back, and the blood begins to stream out of the deep cut.

The thing is, I had dodged the ax, what gave me this serious injury was the energies that were covering the ax. If the slightest part of the ax had touched me, I would have split into two.

”Hehe, you survive; let's see if you survive this!” It said and launched another attack; a dark aura covered its ax as it came at me. But, unlike before this time, I am better prepared and dodge the ax without receiving any injury.

The Crockman did not stop after the failure; instead, it continued to launch attack after attack, most of them, I had dodged, but some of them had hit my legs and back hard.

I am very fortunate that I have my runes s.u.c.k.e.d the Tyrant energy as it came at me. Though it had still done the damage, the damage is not crippling; I would be able to heal it easily.

”Human Bastard, you have really irked me,” ”It's shameful that I had to use this move on puny Emperor, but I will bear this shame to kill your,” It said suddenly, I could feel hurry in its voice as it had activated this move.

Feeling the aura, my whole body had gone white as I know that the coming attack would be very powerful and I would not be able to dodge it.

”Die, You Wretched Human” Its roared and attacked and that same time Ashlyn chirped, informing me of extremly good news.

A supression wave is coming, and it is fast and powerful due to being very close to the source; according to Ashlyn's calculations, the wave will be on us before its ax able to touch me.

I had never been so grateful for the supression wave as I had been now. Still, I used all my strength to flap my wings to dodge the attack; the Grimm Bastard might be holding some power back and use it at the right time.

The ax comes close and closer to me at extremly fast speed, and when it had covered more than half a distance, I saw a wave of golden sunlight.

The silver aura covering me kept the sunlight at bay. It repelled as touched the silver glow, which is quite regretful as I would love to bath into such dense sunlight; the benefits of such thick sunlight are great.

While I am not getting any sunlight, Grimm Bastard getting all, and it does not like it at all, not even a bit.

Just as its sunlight touched its ax, it had slowed down, and the dark energy that burning on the ax frizzed that it was barely able to maintain its existence.

The supression waves are powerful, enough that even all-powerful Tyrants have to be careful around them.
