Along the way, Su He kept thinking about the relationship between him and Hua Yunshu. Although Miao Liuer's words did not please him, it still forced him to face the problem head on.
That's right, Hua Yunshu acted as if he did not care about anything and always talked back to her at less than three sentences. It was as if sarcastic and unkind words were naturally meant to be used against him.
She hated him the most, that's right.
But why did he feel empty whenever he thought about how that person would leave him, fight with others, and talk back to others?

Suddenly, Su He felt something beneath his feet.
Su He regained his senses, he lowered his head and saw a human leg.
A grey-haired old man was lying in the grass by the side of the road. The old man was groaning and his face was filled with pain.
Su He carefully asked, ”Old grandpa, are you alright?”
”Do I look like I'm fine!?” the old man said angrily.
”Originally, falling off the mountain was already bad enough, but I didn't expect to meet you, little girl. It's one thing if you don't want to help, but if you insist on stepping on my foot, you can't even shout! ”
Su He blushed, looking at the huge footprint on the old man's leg, he felt a little guilty.
”Old man, where are your family? I'll call them to come and get you.”
”Humph!” All dead! ” The old man snappily said, ”Let's not talk about them now, even I am almost done for.”
Su He thought about it, then decided to not rush the delivery. Thus, he said, ”Old man, where is your home? Why don't I send you home first?”
The old man's tone immediately eased up, ”My home isn't too far away, sorry to trouble you, Miss.”
Su He grabbed the old man's hand and carried him on his shoulder. Don't look at how tall the old man was, his body was not any weaker than a able-bodied man. Even supporting him with his arms was somewhat difficult.
”Miss, you're a good person.”
”It is the duty of us cultivators to be loyal to the justice and to help others. This is what I should do. ”

Su He turned his head and looked at the old man with a somewhat blank look.
