65 Sports Day (1/2)

”I welcome everyone to the very first Song City Interschool Sports Day!” Song Ming Xue, the principle of Song City Elementary School.

Confetti of every color imaginable exploded into the air, creating a magical scene that was accompanied by the sound of clapping for all the participants and attendees for the sports day.

”First, I would like to thank all the students who made this event possible. So, I would like to welcome both of the representatives to come on stage.” Song Ming Xue said.

Two people walked up onto the stage, a boy and a girl but they were not the ones Song Ming Xue expected. ”Why are you two here?” She whispered to Liu Zheng Yi and Ling Xin Hua.

”We can't find Yang Guang or Ye Xing so we are forced to come up.” Ling Xin Hua whispered back while keeping up her smile for everyone else.

In the distance, Yang Guang is watching the event going smoothly. The bloody stain on his chest had dried up, but there is a bigger problem going on right now.

Yang Guang's mind is in a mess, he do not know how to deal with a problem like this. Should he tell his grandparents, his friends, or should he just keep quiet about it.

The more he thought about it the more confused he got, finally he arrived to a conclusion. It was not an answer, but a question instead.

'Why must we hide from the world?'

Before Yang Guang could keep his train of thought going, someone patted his shoulders. He turned his head and saw Yu Chen handing him a new set of clothes.

”Thanks.” Yang Guang said as he took the clothes from Yu Chen and started changing.

”Yu Chen, I have a question for you. What would you do if someone knows that you are a damn hunter?” One of the questions burning in his mind was directed to Yu Chen.

Yu Chen did not flinch at the question, his mouth opened and as if programmed by someone the answer came out…
