Seeing that Jiang Jia Han had been shut out, Xu Wang was stunned. He could not help but turn back and look at Jiang Jia Han, seeing his rarely seen awkward look, he could not help but secretly laugh in his heart.

”Then I'll go in and take a look.” After all, he was the one who had found An Ning. In addition to the fact that their relationship had eased up by quite a bit, Xu Wang still couldn't bear to see Jiang Jia Han in such a pitiful state.

Jiang Jia didn't say anything and just nodded his head to show that he understood. Xu Wang then followed An Xin into the villa.

”An Ning!”

The moment he entered the living room, he saw An Ning sitting on the sofa, looking at him with a smile. Seeing that she was unscathed and even a little fatter than when she was back home, Xu Wang couldn't help but exclaim out loud in his excitement.

After his excitement passed, Xu Wang quickly reacted to the existence of Mother An beside him. Realizing that he had just lost his composure, he awkwardly glanced at the smiling Mother An who seemed to not have heard anything.

”You guys talk, I'll go to the kitchen to see if there are any more fruits!” Mother An also knew that they should be leaving some space for them. She nodded towards Xu Xin before turning around and leaving.

”Why did you come here?! I don't know if you can call me and tell me if you're alright. How's the baby? Does your mother know of the existence of children? Is she angry? ”

As soon as Mother An left, Xu Wang couldn't help but quickly walk over and hold An Ning's hand. A series of questions popped up in his mind.

Having been questioned until her head was spinning, An Ning hurriedly patted the back of Xu Wang's hand, indicating for him to be patient. She would tell him about the matter bit by bit.

Xu Wang also realized that he had been too anxious. Under An Ning's instructions, he sat down on the sofa to the side. His eyes were still tightly locked onto An Ning, as if he was afraid that she would run away.

Seeing this, An Ning couldn't help laughing out loud.

”What are you looking at me for? It's been so long since we've seen each other, and you don't recognize me? ”

”I'm afraid you'll run away again!” Seeing that An Ning was safe and sound, she felt at ease. Thinking back to how she and Jiang Jun had been looking for her day and night, but An Ning hadn't even called her back, she felt somewhat reprimanded in her heart.

”Why are you here? I don't know if she sent me a report of her safety, but did she forget about us? ”

An Ning quickly waved her hand and explained, ”No no, I just felt a little unhappy and ran off in a fit of anger. If I didn't call you guys, then wouldn't I be afraid of being found by Jiang Jia Han? If I disappeared, he would definitely go find you. You're still fine, if Xu Qing accidentally gets caught by him, then I would have run away for nothing!”

An Ning stuck out her tongue and smiled mischievously at Xu Wang with a hint of guilt in her eyes.

Xu Wang couldn't do anything about her stare, and he didn't have the heart to blame An Ning. He thought about Xu Qing's open and easy manner and the possibility of his being coaxed into saying something by Jiang Jia Han, so he smiled helplessly.
