I smiled wryly. ”I was quite happy when I heard that you wanted me to stay in the female dormitory. So it turns out that you were here as a laborer. Who am I to argue with?”

Just as we were having fun chasing each other around, a knocking sound came from the cabinet, as if someone was knocking against something.

The chain of events stopped us in our tracks.

Zhang Yu tremblingly asked, ”Did you hear that? There seems to be something inside this cabinet?! ”

I nodded and shook my head. ”I did hear some noises, but when we saw this cabinet, we saw that it was empty. How could there be anything inside?” Living beings are even more impossible. ”

Zhang Yu shook her head. ”No, I have to take a look inside. If we get into that thing like a fox, it will scare all our sisters.”

I said smilingly, ”It can't be. We were clearly carrying a cabinet here. If a living thing were to enter the cabinet, we would have seen it.”

Zhang Yu said, ”Who cares about him. It's safer to look around.” As he spoke, he opened the cabinet door.

I actually admire Zhang Yu a little. This little girl dares to say that she dares to do anything, unlike some girls who hide behind men whenever they encounter something scary. Zhang Yu is different, she always dares to charge in the front and is not afraid of anything.

After opening the cabinet, a wave of unlucky smell emanated out. I covered my nose and said, ”You dare to carry this cabinet back to the dormitory? Aren't you afraid that it will burn everyone in the room?”

Zhang Yu laughed, ”It's fine. First, put the cabinet on the balcony. After drying it in the sun for a while, the smell will naturally disappear.”

While we were talking, we looked into the cabinet and sure enough, there was nothing inside. It was empty, but I realized something.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a dark red bloodstain on the left side of the cabinet...

If it was some ancient blood stain, it would have long ago turned black. However, this blood stain seemed to be fresh and even had a bit of the smell of blood.
