”Hey, boss, Miss Du has resigned.” The manager looked at Du Liqing's departing figure and directly called Lu Juyan to inform him of her situation.
”Alright.” Lu Juyan opened his eyes and looked at the dusky sky, not bothering to ask any further questions.
After hanging up, he headed for the top floor of the company. After entering the office, he saw that Western Australia had come in with a bunch of documents.
”Come with me to a foreign country. Bring all the important documents with you and hand over the other documents to the vice president.”
Lu Juyan stood in front of his desk. When he saw that he didn't even glance at Western Australia, he gave a cold command. His gaze was constantly searching for something important, but he did not intend to go home to pack his luggage or anything.
”Yes, I'll go and explain now.” The woman in Western Australia sold the documents and agreed. Then, she took out the documents that she just brought back.
After putting the important documents into his briefcase, he turned around to find the vice president's assistant and told him all that Lu Juyan had said, handing over the rest of the documents.
When Lu Juyan walked out of his office, Western Australia was just in time to explain everything. Before Western Australia could even get close, Lu Juyan once again ordered coldly, ”Order two tickets to a foreign branch office. If you want to pack up, then see you at the airport in an hour.”
Lu Juanyan knew that Du Liqing wanted to go to the cemetery to see her father, so she did not rush the matter. She turned around and walked down the stairs, ignoring the fact that he was in Western Australia.
Seeing that Lu Juyan had left, Western Australia resigned themselves to their fate and quickly returned home to pack up some new clothes. He wasn't a wealthy person like Lu Juyan. He naturally wanted to be more thrifty and diligent.
Inside the airport, Lu Juyan saw Du Liqing's figure as soon as he gave the reminder to board the plane. He smiled. He put on the mask that he had prepared a long time ago and very quietly brought Western Australia to the ticket office.
Lu Juyan sat on the plane and watched Du Liqing come up only after realizing he wasn't there. He couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed that the other hadn't noticed his presence.
”Handsome, your eyes are so beautiful, why are you wearing a mask?”
A foreigner sitting on Lu Juyan's right was looking at him across the street. A perplexed look appeared in his three green eyes as he attempted to converse with him in extremely unorthodox Mandarin.
There was an itch in his hand and he wanted to uncover Lu Juyan's face and see if he was a great handsome man. His gaze was wandering up and down, and he couldn't help but want to have intimate contact with him.
Originally, Lu Juyan had been unwilling to pay any attention to the foreigner, but he'd realized that his conversation with the foreigner might be able to attract Du Chengqing's attention. The corner of his lips curled up into a sinister smile. To an outsider, it looked like he was only smiling with slightly curved brows and eyes.
”Handsome brother, you look really good when you smile!” When the foreigner saw Lu Juyan's smile, his heart rippled with joy.
There was an awkward tone in the voice, but one could tell it was praise. Her voice was neither too loud nor too soft, and it just so happened that everything that came into Du Liqing's ears added a sense of speechlessness to her originally uncomfortable mood.
Really, don't you know to be quiet!
The indescribable discomfort in her heart caused her to secretly curse in her heart. She pouted her lips in an attempt to ignore the voice behind her.
The foreigner wanted to take off Lu Juyan's mask, but Lu Juyan blocked him quickly with his hands and accidentally pushed against the back of the front seat. He feigned indifference as he replied, ”You're a muse.”
