Chapter 502: Seeking Salvation (2/2)

At 3, her first outbreak occurred killing 3 maids and her pet.

Lilith realised it and began to take precautions.

But at 7, a simple house arrest wasn't enough for her. Her powers spread across the neighbourhood, the casualties were high.

People started to get scared of the little girl asking for her exile as she was a threat to the clan.

Afraid of another big disaster, Lilith shifted Andriel to a nearby forest land. But two years later, the forest withered. The animals died and the lakes dried….

Andriel entered her teenage years with eyes full of tears. She only had contact with Lilith and even Lilith had started to find it hard to stay around her lately. No matter how much she complained, she wasn't allowed to play with other kids and spend all her time alone.

Not to mention, she was really scared of the things around her. She couldn't understand why people around her disappeared, why her pet suddenly dropped to the ground and never stood up. Why the forest withered and animals disappeared….

The only thing accompanying the lonely and scared Andriel were her books as they didn't die….

Andriel was very fascinated with the outside world as she had seen it in the books and also dreamed of a prince taking her out of this place...but alas that was not the reality.

At 15, she was a full blown threat to the clan. Her outbreaks were disastrous and had affected the Clan's resources bringing a crisis to the clan. The farms couldn't produce food, forests were withering, the water sources were drying….she couldn't be allowed to stay anymore…

Even if Lilith wanted to protect her, she couldn't. But she was still hesitant on what to do….

But before she could do anything...Andriel disappeared.

An elder decided to get her away from the clan after seeing that the Queen couldn't get to a decision.

Andriel was fooled thinking that person was sent by Lilith and happily tagged along with him to explore the outside world.

It was exciting at first, but along half the way, the carriage suddenly stopped and the people dropped dead.

Scared once again, the girl ran away only to meet a bunch of thugs.

Life wasn't easy, some people tried to take advantage of her and later died from her outbreak. Some people were nice to her but they too followed the same path as the previous ones.

Before long, the little girl had grown up becoming a criminal with several mass murdering incidents on her head.

During this time, Lilith managed to find her but she could no longer do anything about her. Her outbreaks could no longer be something she could manage and was ultimately helpless.

Andriel also discovered her parent's story from Lilith and it kind of broke her.

She finally realised that she hadn't done anything wrong to deserve this…..

It was just….....fate playing with her....making her suffer for no reason.....

Andriel herself wasn't sure what she felt….but she moved towards the Angel Clan wanting to know about what had happened….

By this time, she was already a threat to all the major clans having killed more than a dozen of them.

Angels especially were afraid of her because of their history with her and paired up with other clans to deal with her.

They managed to capture her after a lot of sacrifices and locked her away near the border of the Nether Realm to act as a barrier and kill away all the creatures with her outbreaks.

Andriel didn't know how much time she spent locked up there without any food and water and yet she was still alive. She just couldn't die no matter what you did and on the other hand, her powers continue to rise with time...

Time passed....but, Andriel could never get used to one thing.

The Loneliness...

She had finally reached a point where death was a salvation for her and broke out of the place looking for death.

It was a disaster.

The Spirit Realm was in chaos, the clans who had taken part in the expedition to capture Andriel were the first to be slaughtered.

She was a public enemy and it was inevitable....

But death was a luxury which she couldn't afford...

Andriel knew that there was only one person who had an answer for everything in this world and could help her. Hence, she went on a journey to find him.

The Dragon of Truth...

He told her that this world didn't have any salvation for her. There was no one for her made in this world.

Andriel asked him about her parents wanting to know which one of them were right. Was she cursed because of her cheating mother or because of her untrusting father or was there something else….

But the old geezer didn't answer her leading to her enmity with the dragons.

It was as if she had made the entire world into her enemy.

Asura King, Heaven was sealed in the human realm and The Cursed Princess took his position of the Villain.

It was impossible to deal with someone who was practically an immortal. Even if they could capture her, no one knew when she would come out to raise havoc again. Killing her wasn't an option as the Dimensional Curse just wouldn't let her die and kill those around her….

The Leaders of the 12 Spirit Races continued to suppress her but could never kill her and her powers only climbed up all this while making everyone fear the future.

It was at this moment that a single human stepped up to solve the problem.

He was the Human God, Hephaestus.
