Chapter 7 – Irresistible Urges (2)
The two of them were left at a loss of words. The sensation of her soft flesh pressing against his growing member… It was something ethereal for both of them. Unrestrained urge clawed at Clodan’s heart. Like a wild beast, he locked onto his prey. His lips caressed her soft, supple skin. His hips grinded against hers, seeking sweet release.
Rei’s chest heaved as she took deep breaths, her whole body flushed red with heat. Clodan pulled down her sleeve down the shoulder and revelled in the drunk feeling as his mouth trailed down her neck to her collarbone. He began to weigh down on her, wanting to be as close to her as possible.
The blankets were twisted around Rei’s feet, preventing her from getting away. Clodan laid her on the floor, pinning her under his weight. Her gaze landed on the long-forgotten book lying next to her.
Oh how the situation had changed. Clodan placed his large hand on her waist, his nails lightly scraping against it as he rubbed his groin against hers.
The temperature of the room rose, an intimate heat growing between the two. Rei panted harshly as she entered a feverish trance. Only Clodan’s cool lips grazing her cheek providing her with a soothing yet burning relief. His hands were splayed across her thin waist, fingers dancing over it as if playing a piano.
Clodan’s lips covered every inch of her skin. He removed one hand from her waist, instead choosing to run his hands through her soft, blonde hair. He was so fascinated by it, he looked like he wanted to worship it. Rei could no longer resist the temptation. She gave into the sweet pleasure and finally caressed Clodan’s cheek as he slowly buttoned open her blouse.
“Master.”
The atmosphere that was once pulsing with pleasure evaporated the moment Philip spoke from outside the room. The old man’s hoarse voice snapped Rei out of her trance and put a pause to Clodan’s movements.
“Heish Lisburn has come back. He’s waiting for you downstairs.”
The voice outside the door died down, but Philip’s presence remained, waiting for his master’s answer.
“Lord.”
Clodan put his head on Rei’s bare shoulder. Though it seemed like he’d calmed down, his eyes were wild with desire and his sharp intake of breath indicated that he was far from rational. He just didn’t want to let go of Rei, so she pulled away from him first.
“H-he said Heish’s back.”
He chased Rei’s figure with his eyes. She hurriedly buttoned up her clothes, hands fumbling as she left his piercing stare on her. He admired her fluttering eyelashes and her dainty hands as she smoothed the wrinkles in her clothes. His gaze was persistent. No matter what she did, he didn’t even blink. Rei flushed red with embarrassment at the attention.
“He’ll be looking for me.”
Picking up on the opportunity, Philip asked Clodan once again.
“Master, should I tell him that today’s not a good time?”
Clodan roughly pushed his hair back. His movements were graceful like always, yet this time, they bore a hint of violence. It was as if he was boiling with fury but didn’t have anywhere to direct it.
“Tell him I’ll be down soon.”
Philip walked away, satisfied now that he had an answer. Clodan leaned forward, reaching past Rei’s figure and picked up the forgotten book. He handed it over to Rei.
“I’ll lend this to you.”
Rei knew there was no point in accepting the book. It wasn’t like she could read it. But having the book meant she could use the excuse of returning it to meet him, so she shyly took it in her hands.
“Thank you.”
“Let’s go now.”
Although Clodan led the way when they entered the place, they walked right beside each other while going out. The rain had stopped, letting the sun peak through amidst the clouds. The warmth of the sun slowly overpowered the serene petrichor.
“Lord Clodan, the rain has stopped.”
