The good thing was other people did not notice the whiskers poking out The lighting was dim on the bus, plus people were exhausted from a day of work and paid little attention to others Even the child'sto the cat decorations on the backpack She smiled and patted her child
When they got to their stop, the two children got off as quickly as they could for fear of being caught After all, they were young They hadn't quite mastered public humiliation like adults
