Darren was quiet for a moment before he let out a surprised gasp and exclaimed, ”You were locked up in the Birthplace of the Chief Gods!”
”Indeed,” Amir nodded. ”And your friend is also imprisoned in the same place—the Birthplace of the Chief Gods.”
”I don't understand. What's going on? Who imprisoned Lord Starry Sword, and why?” Darren couldn't seem to figure it out.
When he heard Darren's question, Amir fell silent, raised his head haltingly, and looked through the layers of space until he saw a huge metal body.
After a long time, Amir broke the silence with a resigned sigh.
”I think you already have an idea who it was,” he answered mysteriously.

The other man didn't seem to mind his reaction, as Amir only looked away with a sigh. ”I still don't know why he did that. It was such an irrational thing to do,” he murmured quietly.
