Darren looked around at the one hundred thousand Killing Rules surrounding him. He realized all too late that he had underestimated their strength. His situation began to look grim, but he kept on fighting on.

Darren heard Francis shout while he was holding off the first fiend ancestor with all his strength.

The four flew straight into the crowd of Killing Rules, tearing through them as they passed, and rushed straight towards the first fiend ancestor.

Simultaneous howls then pierced through the space.

Four beastly shadows appeared on the backs of the four holy warriors. Their sharp claws cut through the space with ease, and slashed at the first fiend ancestor.

A nasty sizzling noise could be heard from the slashes.

A sound of skin tearing also rang through as the first fiend ancestor was being torn to shreds by the four shadowy beasts.

The ancestor's wounds festered—unable to heal.
