31 CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE (2/2)
”What are you going to do Amy?” Malia asked, letting go of me
”Clearly Will is in love with you” she added and I felt my heart jump.
”I don't know, I'm jus-” I was saying when my phone begin to ring.
It was Mike.
”Hey buddy” I say from my side
”I've got huge news for you Amaya” he said without even saying hi.
”Uh okay? what is it?” I ask.
”Judith and some guy were arrested for conspiracy against Chase. Happened they were both married and guess the bigger part? The baby is not for Chase. Its for the guy” he finished and I felt my head spin, my eyes dizzy and my tongue numb.
”Are you there?” I hear him say.
Chase didn't cheat on me?
She's not pregnant for Chase?
Judith has been arrested?
”Amaya?” Mike called and I found my tongue again
”I'm here”
”Turned out she faked some test report confirming she was pregnant just to get herself into Chase's arms”
”Wow” was all I could say

The next day I called Will to meet up with him, and he agreed. Ive decided to talk to him and tell him everything.
I saw his car slowing down and I stood and walked to him.
”Hey, are you okay?” He asks immediately and I nodded.
We went to a cafe to talk.
”I'm sorry I let you into the drama going on in my life. I have someone else in mind and I'm not over him yet, and it will be unfair and unjust to you if I start to go out with you. Without having future plans for us” I explain feeling relieved and he smiled.
”I know that already Miss Amaya. I couldn't win your heart with gifts and other things. I knew your heart was somewhere else but I needed to try anyway. You should go to your love Miss Amaya, but don't forget. I actually do have true feelings for you” Will said and I felt the tears roll down my eyes.
I didn't know when my arms, went for him and hugged him.
”Thank you so much Will. You have the heart of a gold” I say and let go.
I was going to get my love back.
”But what if he doesn't want me anymore?” I say out and Will laughed.
”He must be a fool then, but then again I'll be here waiting” he finished adding a wink and I laugh, wiping my tears away.
He dropped me at the office and I went to tell the board I was leaving for New York and would be back.
Nancy was crying right now and it hurt my heart.
”I'm going to miss you Amaya” she says hugging me and not letting go.
”As do I, but I'll see you soon” I said and we didn't let go of each other.

Malia, Eunice and Peter were with us at the airport and they had tears on their faces.
”You're part of the family now, you can always come back anytime you please” Eunice said to me and I nodded, hugging them.
I wasn't happy I was taking Jason away from his newly founded brother but I have to do this.
I hope Chase is still there for me.
