But the significance behind both of them was different.

The ‘Dao of Mirage and Illusory Realm’ was a Soul Dao. Its difficulty was much higher. In the entire Realm Heart Great Land, few had entered the Cosmos God Realm in the Dao of Soul! And those who reached the level-two Cosmos God in the Dao of Soul were much fewer than those that reached the final realm in other Daos!

This path was an arduous one.

Every scripture pertaining to it was incomparably precious!

“I’ve fused four branches together.” Xue Ying chuckled, “Indeed, it is as I thought, my talent in the Mirage is much higher than in the Void.”

That was the fact.

As there had been many predecessors in the Dao of Void, Xue Ying had gotten many prior opportunities. For instance, the scaled-armor of General Mo Gu and Monarch Nine Cloud’s four-diagrams absolute art or Void Primogenitor’s Walker’s Hidden Secret. He got many opportunities from the Realm Heart God Palace as well–Scarlet Cloud Combat Technique, Southern Cloud 12 Sacred Styles, and Chaotic Origin Dao Scroll. Furthermore, there were even the nine World Flowers bestowed by Luo City Lord and Yuan’s Realm Heart Great Land where he acquired a supreme secret impartation technique!

All sorts of opportunities in addition to his talent enabled him to walk until where he stood.

Comparatively speaking, Xue Ying did not gain much opportunities in the Mirage and Illusory Realm.

In his hometown Primal Chaos Void, he had been the first and only cultivator to reach the Primal Chaos Realm in the Mirage and Illusory Realm! He had to pave his own path.

And after coming to the Realm Heart Great Land, Xue Ying had to painstakingly earned his chance of studying Ancestor Fan’s <Heart Realm>. An old man and Luo City Lord were seated next to each other while drinking tea.

The old man suddenly looked towards a particular direction.

“Older Brother Yuan, what’s the matter?” Luo City Lord asked.

“That Dong Bo Xue Ying has fused four branches together in the Dao of Mirage and Illusory Realm.” Yuan was incredibly startled. The Realm Heart Great Land had been created by him, and Xue Ying was one of the few targets he paid huge attention to across many of the Origin Worlds. Otherwise, he would not have passed down a specially-simplified refinement technique of a Chaotic Origin Weapon, and neither would he have bestowed upon him a droplet of Myriad Tentacles Dragon Mother’s core blood.

“Fused four branches together? Doesn’t that mean he is just one single step away from the final realm?” Luo City Lord was startled, “And if I am not wrong, he is the only one to have reached so close to the final realm in any Dao of Soul in your Realm Heart Great Land.”

“Right, just he alone!” Yuan was startled.

It was tremendously hard to progress in the Dao of Soul.

Xue Ying felt that he was the number one expert in the Dao of Mirage and Illusory Realm within the entire Realm Heart Great Land. But what he did not know was that he was also the number one expert in the soul aspect within Realm Heart Great Land!

“Many experts across the Origin Worlds aren’t as strong as those in the Realm Heart Great Land.” Yuan sighed, “Some of the cultivators, even after relying on large amounts of opportunities and visiting certain unique grounds within the Chaotic Origin Dimension… there had been over a hundred cultivators who were just one step away from reaching the final realm in the Dao of Soul. But none of them had ever reached that stage in such a short period as compared to Dong Bo Xue Ying!”

“That’s right.” Luo City Lord nodded.

Both of them were aware that there had never been any cultivator who reached the final realm in the Dao of Soul! Not a single one of them! Hence, Yuan had no way of bestowing any scriptures into the Realm Heart Great Land because even though they were experts amongst Chaotic Origin Lifeforms, they did not specialize in the Dao of Soul.

Currently, what they knew most in the Dao of Soul path were those that reached one step before final realm.

“He has cultivated for such a short time!” Luo City Lord sighed, “In addition to the period he cultivated at his hometown Origin World and the time he spent on the Realm Heart Great Land, the total period hasn’t reached two trillion years! To reach this stage in the Mirage and Illusory Realm in just less than two trillion years… that is too terrifying. His talent in the Mirage and Illusory Realm is quite shocking.”

“Mn.” Yuan’s eyes lit up, “I have a feeling that if he were to reach the final realm in the Mirage and Illusory Realm, it shouldn’t be too hard for him to become a Chaotic Origin Lifeform. Haha, he has broken through during his cultivation on me Realm Heart Great Land! And judging by his temper, he cares more for the weak than you and I. He is definitely someone who cherishes friendships and knows how to be grateful. By then, he would most likely join our side.”

“Yes.” Luo City Lord grinned, “Previously, I gave him nine World Flowers too. But everything is dependent on if he could reach the final realm in the Mirage and Illusory Realm! It is hard to have a breakthrough in the final step to reach the final realm for most Dao paths, and reaching the final realm in this Dao of Mirage and Illusory Realm will most likely be more difficult! Across many Origin Worlds, there have been only a hundred or so cultivators who reached just one step away from the final realm in the soul aspect. But none of them were able to take that final step.”

Yuan softly nodded: “I have already bestowed upon him with a droplet of Myriad Tentacles Dragon Mother’s core blood. To a Cosmos God who had yet to jump out of the cage, this is also the limit to what his soul could reach. We can’t help him either since he currently is standing at the apex in the Dao of Mirage and Illusory Realm. What comes after that is dependent on him! He has to take this path alone.”

“His cultivation speed is really fast, and his talent in this aspect far surpasses that of what he knows.” Luo City Lord nodded, “Even though it is hard to take the final step, he should be the one with the greatest hope.”

“We shall see.” Yuan chuckled, “Everyone has been saying that creating the Realm Heart Great Land is a waste of my time. But they do not know that if given sufficient time and patient, only then could we see a true expert emerging.”

The two of them paid notice momentarily before no longer caring much anymore. They knew that it was not so easy for this Xue Ying to reach the final realm in the Dao of Mirage and Illusory Realm either.
