Other than the report on why Bamboo Mountain Prefecture Master was unable to transcend, there were two other intelligence reports which Xue Ying paid greater importance to.

One of it was according to his teacher, other than the five Rulers from the Deity world and the three Rulers of the Abyss from the various superpowers; there was still another superpower hidden in the cosmos. This superpower was extremely secretive, and there should be very few experts amongst them. Those who knew of their existences were very few too, and even some Paragons might not know of their existences.

This superpower had a distinctive trait–their members all had no lines of karma!

‘No karmic lines?’ Xue Ying was a bit puzzled. Discovering others from karma was a commonly used method. Even his teacher Bloodshed God Emperor had a karmic line too–like the karma linkage between him and his teacher!

But some experts had no karmic lines at all?

According to the intelligence report, this was an extremely hidden secret in the entire cosmos, and only Rulers knew of it! Some Rulers had not even told the Paragons underneath them. Naturally, Bloodshed God Emperor had spoken to all disciples and good friends he valued.

“This matter is unique, and could not be leaked out! The moment one discovers an enemy with no karmic line, one has to report those he called as a teacher.” Bloodshed God Emperor also heavily reminded him in the intelligence report.

‘Who would have thought.’

Xue Ying sighed inwardly, ‘There is such a secret superpower hidden in the cosmos. But the chances of me meeting them should be very low.’

He would temporarily place this aside.

Xue Ying paid closer notice of the final intelligence report that was interesting.

‘Primal Master is truly bored.’ Xue Ying revealed a grin. There was an intelligence report amongst that given by his teacher, ‘Cosmos Deity-Demon List’.

The Cosmos Deity-Demon List was made by that unconventional independent, most ancient Ruler, ‘Primal Master’. Under his boredom, he had created a list ranking the strongest 100 cultivators in the entire cosmos! And he had given them a ranking. Every time Primal Master affirmed the rankings, he would only pass to the experts with their names listed on it.

‘Pang Yi is ranked eighth? And he is higher ranked than Bloody Ruler?’ Xue Ying was speechless after viewing this Cosmos Deity-Demon List. He had never heard of Pang Yi becoming a Ruler, yet he was able to rank eighth! Even the most famous person in the entire Deity world and Abyss, and publicly recognized as the existence closest to that of a Ruler, Monarch Green, was ranked tenth.

‘But I do not have a ranking yet.’ Xue Ying murmured inwardly. His combat power should be stronger than Forefather Fierce Tyrant and the others, ‘I have only just broken through and has revealed my strength recently. I believe I will be able to be ranked the next time the list comes out.’

So many Abyss Sovereigns acting and even existences like King Patrol Devil, Emperor Qi Hai have acted… and there are even rumors of White Sovereign King supporting behind them! For you to come back alive is something very amazing already. Many good old friends of mine say that the chances of this Highness Dong Bo coming back is very low. It’s a pity they were wrong!” Monarch Mo Xue was filled with praise.

Xue Ying chuckled, “Oh right, Teacher has given me the responsibility as one of the Monarchs of the Five Places, and has given me a forbidden ground. Let us prepare to move off.”

“Monarchs of the Five Places?” Monarch Mo Xue, Jing Qiu, and Qing Yao were all puzzled.

“North Hu Palace Head and Monarch Gu Zang? They are already amazing existences amongst powerful existences.” Monarch Mo Xue understood that this ‘Monarchs of the Five Places’ position must be something amazing.
