16 Rosethorn Constrictor (1/2)
My core was not the only thing that had been upgraded. The spell Inhad fused with my cultivation method had went through qualitative changes as well.
[Posion Orb] lvl 3
(Unique)(Signature Spell)(Evolvable)
Does 30 damage initially, then 7 damage per second for 10 seconds. Stacks up to 5 times. Casting time .5 second. no cool down. cost: 10 mana
The cost had doubled, but it had a lower cast time and did damage initially as well. Combined with my gun-wand and dual casting I would be able to shoot a total of 5 orbs per second. If I could get a second gun-wand it would go up even further.
I finally felt comfortable going out to explore. I was much more powerful than I had been a week ago, and I felt like clearing the Goblin settlement would be rather simple. Well, at least a lot easier than it had been.
I through my cloak over my shoulders and clipped on the makeshift belt I had made. On my left hip was strapped the pistol-wand. Behind me the dagger. I could not help but think How gothic I looked in my black dress and coat, but was not bothered. The black would help me blend in. Even my green skin was an asset.
I admired myself in the reflection in the water for a moment longer. I had to say for a goblin I looked quite good. My breasts had finally stopped growing, they were rather large, but not enough to make out of proportion. My backside was also rather well developed, not that you could tell with my cloak covering it.
My face was without blemish. I did not have the usual large nose of a goblin, it was actually quite small and cute. My ears were pointed, and slightly floppy. My eyes were an amber color. My hair was still short, but it was growing out. It was a much darker shade of green than the light green shading of my body. Closer to a forest green.
I turned away from the water after refilling my water jug. I placed it in my inventory, as well as a couple of days rations. Worst case scenario I would be able to survive.
When I left the caves the first thing that greeted me was the bright light of the sun. It took my eyes quite a while to adjust. The natural light was much stronger than the torches I had been used to. In the distance I could see the charred earth from the bonfire I had made for the dead. If I looked close I would even be able to see bones.
