4 Chapter 4 (2/2)

The aura covered her mouth, disabling her ability to talk. Veins popping out of her dark eyes, her cheeks, and her forehead.

The king, his eyes are unable to look at anything else but her. A shroud of smoke, appeared above her, slowly forming to that of a black elemental golem. One can clearly see it from its eyes glowing light the moon.

Tenko gritted her teeth and flail around in berserk, ”MMmpH!! MMMPH!!!”

She managed to raise one of her feet, she lifted it high and then stomped it on the ground.

*BAM*

A cracking sound can be heard from the floor.

She forcefully pulled her hand from the aura's grasp and emerges back up from the shadow.

*Bwooosh*

Some sort of markings have appeared on one of her hands, starting from her fingers all the way to her arm. As she pulled out the other, that too has the same marking, and it's glowing in a menacing grey and black color. She lifted her head up, looking at the golem in the eye. Soon the golem dissipated as if it's being absorbed to her eyes.

The shadow aura restraining her has gone.

Her eyes returned normal.

And Tenko… has come back to her senses.

A drop of sweat dripped from the king's chin as he lowered his head, bowing to Tenko, but she didn't do the same.

She was still confused by what was happening... and the thing that has appeared in front of her eyes... some sort of screen.
