Jon took a deep breath as he looked at the Storm Monarch in front of him It was clearly no bound and Darius can't even control it but it was fully aggroed at Jon The thing with Conjuration is that one needs enough power to force the Daedric Beings into sub a Monarch submit is the barrier between Master Conjuration Wizards and Arch Conjuration Wizards
