(Yao Xue Rong's POV)

The large mansion in front of me was too eye-catching. This was the place where me and my brother grew up. It has been long since I last visited this place. And I've already missed my grandparents so much. Well technically memories resurfacing in my mind were memories of the previous princess making me feel loved. I also had a grandfather before and it's not a wonder that I'll feel the same familial love.

A butler stood up front and bowed.

”Welcome home your majesty”

”Thank you granpa Li”

I smiled and followed behind him as he led us towards the inner rooms.

”Rong'er you've come” I stopped walking and turned around, I walked past Xiemen and Zetian

”Grandpa!” I ran and hugged him

”Ho ho ho, this child has grown up, you haven't visited these old bones for a long time” he said, but the smile on his face made me feel warm

”Where is grandmother?”

”She's resting in her room, you know old bones have sickness” grandfather said making me feel sad

”By the way grandfather I brought along Qin Zetian, uncle Qin's daughter and brother's youngest son Yao Xiemen.”

”Greetings Lord Yao” Zetian greeted

”Hello grandfather” Xiemen then ran towards grandfather and hugged his leg

”Ho ho ho, this boy is so adorable. Why is he with you Rong'er?”

”I wanted to be his guardian since brother is busy. He'll be living with me till he grow up and get married. I feel so alone too, so with them I will be much livelier grandfather” I answered
