Wang Yunxi was toasting the guests. Suddenly, she was dragged to the side.

“Brother, what are you doing? Everybody is staring at us!” She pouted when she saw who it was.

“Where’s your sister-in-law?” It was a five-star manor. The security system should be fine. If there really was a problem, it must be her.

“Brother, what are you talking about?”

“Don’t mess with me! Where’s your sister-in-law?”

Wang Yunxi had never seen her brother acting like that before. He seemed very cold and indifferent. Her heart trembled hard. “What… What about her? I don’t know…”

“Wang Yunxi!”

Wang Yunxi trembled when she heard her elder brother’s threatening voice.

“She might be… in the east wing.”

Wang Yunxi could not imagine what would happen if her scheme succeeded just by looking at how ferocious her elder brother appeared. Then, she added, “Brother, you better go quickly…”

Pei Xiuyuan stared at her sternly after receiving her answer.

It seemed like he wanted to swallow her up. She was so frightened that her shoulders shrank.

Pei Xiuyuan left her side so fast that Wang Yunxi had never seen him acting like that before.

“What’s wrong? Did something happen to Manman? What did you do to her?” Mu Yunhai came late. He had only heard that Manman was currently in the east wing.

“It’s fine. Let’s go and toast to our guests.” Wang Yunxi held his arm. She wanted to go and be with the guests.

Wang Yunxi was not scared anymore when Pei Xiuyuan had left her side. She was his younger sister. If her scheme succeeded, what could he do to his younger sister? She was so frightened that she blurted out the information regarding where Lu Man was. Now, she regretted it. She should not have reminded her elder brother. It was better if her scheme succeeded!

Mu Yunhai no longer wanted to toast with the guests. He shook her away and went after Pei Xiuyuan.

“Mu Yunhai, where are you going? Stop!” Wang Yunxi shouted after him.

It seemed like Mu Yunhai did not hear her at all.

“Mu Yunhai! Come back now!” Wang Yunxi was so angry that she stamped her feet.

Mu Yunhai did not even turn back to look at her.

“Damn it! That bitch! I’ll never forgive you! I’ll never let you go!” Wang Yunxi gritted her teeth.

It was her wedding day. It was supposed to be the most beautiful day of her life. But…

It was ruined by that woman!
