“What did they say?” A little gravelly voice came from behind the screen.

“The hostage seems to be interested in Her Highness. But I don’t know his intention at present.” Xing Er bowed his body even lower.

“Keep a close eye on him.” The person behind the screen said and then fell into silence. Xing Er drew back with his body bent. Through the blurry screen, Xing Er could see a figure and heard some wheezing. His eyes twinkling, Xing Er finally turned around and left.

Jing Yue got up early in the morning, which surprised Yin Qiao for a long time. Jing Yue always slept as long as she could. Why did she get up so early today?

Yin Qiao went in the room with a basin of water in her hands. “Your Highness, what do you want to do today?” She looked at Jing Yue confusedly and asked.

Jing Yue wore her clothes while turning her head to Yin Qiao, “Tell Xing Er come here. I want him to do something for me.”

Yin Qiao blinked and said yes respectfully. Then she went out to call Xing Er.

Xing Er stood far away from Jing Yue and saw her combing her hair. He pursed slightly his lips and bowed his head. “Your Highness, what do you want me to do?” Xing Er asked.

“Exchange the gold in my room for silver drafts and go out with me.” Jing Yue stood up and disguised herself again as a man. Xing Er was stunned a little and felt another headache. ‘What Her Highness wants to do this time.’

Sitting in the carriage, Jing Yue lifted the curtain slightly and looked at the street outside. “Xing Er, do you know which restaurant nearby is going to close?” Jing Yue narrowed her eyes slightly and asked.

“One on East Street might be closed soon. I remember our housekeeper once mentioned about it.” Xing Er thought about it for a while and answered.
