Chapter 3 - Confession (1/2)

When Chu Feng came back with his purchases, Rong Yun had already entered the ward. He quietly push the door open. The ward is very quiet and the lights were bright. It made the room even more colder.

Chu Feng softly put down the things he bought, Rong Yun did not wake up. There are still half in the drip bag, it looks like it just got replace. Rong Yun frowned, its clear that he was not sleeping comfortably. He don’t know if its because of a bad dream or his body is uncomfortable. The ward Song Bin arrange is a single room, it’s not big but the facilities are complete and the bathroom is also convenient inside. However, there is only one bed so Chu feng can only sleep in the sofa.

Chu Feng turned off the ceiling lights and open the bedside lamp and the light in the room was dark and comfortable. He pulled the curtains and sat on the edge of the bed and look at Rong Yun who is still frowning. He cover him with quilt.

His return did indeed surprise him, but it was also a chance to redeem himself. He can no longer make mistakes like before. He must be prepared for the future not just for him but also for Rong Yun.

Chu Feng is very clear that he had to repay Rong Yun for the rest of his life. He wanted Rong Yun to have a good life. This is what he owes and what he deserve.

Rong Yun muffled a sound, his eyelids move slightly and slowly open his eyes.

Chu Feng notice that he was awake and quickly got up and move a little closer to him and whispered, “Awake? Are you uncomfortable anywhere?”

Rong Yun is somewhat confuse but after hearing Chu Feng’s voice, his consciousness seemed to be awake, he stare at him for two seconds and remember what he did, he grab the quilt and hid inside. It seems that he is very scared of Chu Feng and does not want to see him at all.

Chu Feng quickly grab his hand with a drip needle and whispered, “Don’t be afraid, I won’t hurt you again.”

Being grab by Chu Feng, he struggled even harder and his breathing increased again.

chu Feng was not happy. He patted Rong Yun who was hiding in the quilt and said, “Don’t move, you have a needle in your hand and it’s going to crook.”

It seems that he found a sense of security in the quilt, he did not struggle anymore but Chu Feng still feels that Rong Yun was afraid that grabbed the quilt tightly in his hands.

Chu Feng sighed in his heart. It was his own fault. Even if Rong Yun beat him now, he would not fight back.

Sitting at the edge of the bed, He gently patted Rong Yun and said, You have a needle in your hand so you can’t move too much. I’ll let you go if you’re obedient, all right?”

a moment later, the quilt move and Ch Feng knew that Rong Yun just nodded. He release Rong Yun’s hand and place it beside the bed and ask, “Are you hungry?”

Rong Yun didn’t say anything and just shrink in the quilt, just like an unprotected cub who suddenly found a protection shell.

Chu Feng look at him hiding from him. He really want to slap his self. he is really the worst for what he did. He didn’t want to think how Rong Yun spend the days when he force and violate him.

The quilt slightly tremble. Chu Feng frowned, he’s worried if Rong Yun’s fever will get higher. “Is it cold?”

Rong Yun still didn’t answer him.

Chu Feng thought that if he is trembling because of fever then he must hurry and let the doctor’s take a look at him. He didn’t care for Rong Yun’s resistance and pull the quilt in his hands. There, he saw Rong Yun’s face full of tears.

Chu Feng’s heart hurts and reach his hands to wipe his tears. But the more he wipes, the more tear’s falls.

“I’m sorry.” Chu feng stop and said.

Rong Yun did not look at him and lay in the bed and whispered something. His voice is very small, but Chu Feng heard it. he was asking him “Why.”

Chu Feng pulled the pillow up and lifted Rong Yun’s head and let him lie on it to make him more comfortable. After a moment of silence, he replied, “Rong Yun, I like you.”

Rong yun was stunned and also forgot to cry. He look at Chu Feng with tears in his eyes, it seems that he can’t believe what he just heard.
