As much as she wanted this kid to perish, she had once personally witnessed the prowess and wrath of the chief, the might of a slayer, one that could control skilled adept mana.

If Nero died or was crippled at the least, she knew however far she ran, her death would become certain, a torturous one that. Even if she got far away for him to know, she knew of his connections, other kingdoms were more than happy to take her down to gain favor from a mighty slayer such as him.
