The first thing that disrupted his mindset was the exceeding resentment he had for his brother, Ku Ze. Compared to Ku Ze, he had never been successful in whatever he determined to do because his spotlight was always taken by him. From childhood to adulthood, Qiu Rei's rivalry level progressed to the extremity with the overbearing little things that he would use to weigh the difference between him and Ku Ze. Of course, each time he did that, it would only make himself feel more inferior.

The more he thought about it, the more it infuriated him. 'How could we be from the same parents, yet the difference is so huge? How could he be so happy with his family? How come he has two kids and I have none? I am bankrupt, he is rich. I live on the streets while he is in a mansion! I can't fill up my stomach while he gets to use toothpicks after his meals!'

Blood rushed through his bloodstream, making his eyes burn with envy. 'No! I won't let you be happy! If I am going down, I'm bringing at least one person down! Didn't you always love your daughter and cherished her? Hahahaha, I abused her and loved your live reaction to seeing her hair and belongings sent to you. Let's end it and make it all fair!'

He grabbed the steak knife from the bag and charged hastily towards her with the sharp tip of the knife aiming at her stomach! The couple was caught off guard until he was only a few steps away from her.

Huan Hei blocked Qiu Rei using his arms, but the knife already stabbed at her.

”Ahh!!!!!!” Ya Nuo's voice alarmed everyone around the five block radiance.

”Nuo!!!!” He swung his leg across Qiu Rei's head, knocking him into the stone wall. His kick was full of power, so strong that the wall cracked slightly. His maniacal laughter formed goosebumps on everybody. Some called the police immediately and went into the nearby stores for shelter. Some ran off to run to the nearest police station while others called for an ambulance.

”Ehhahaha!!!!! Yang Ku Ze!! You see this? Your daughter will die!!! Look at the blood coming out of her!!! Ahahahaha!!!” His sardonic laugh was extremely loud and disturbing. It made cats run the opposite way and screech with their fur raised up high.

”Ssss...” Ya Nuo hissed as her hand held onto the handle of the steak knife. Huan Hei called an ambulance and the police while supporting her from behind. His mind went crazy seeing the red liquid flow out of the stabbed wound.

”Nuo, hang in there. Help is coming!” He squeezed her shoulder tighter than before. She continued hissing even more from his enormous strength around her shoulders.

”You're going to bruise me!” She brushed his hand off her shoulder and rubbed the area with care. She stood up in the next second and brushed her hoodie.

”Y..you.. are you okay??” Huan Hei checked her from top to toe, making sure she was totally fine.

”I'm fine! That was the fake blood from the plush I bought like ten minutes ago! The one that we were squeezing and laughing at it because it looked like a fat jellyfish!” She pointed at the plush toy that was the same color as her gray hoodie with red liquids flowing out.

”Huh?” He looked at the floor where the knife had penetrated and realized that the plush did take the hit for her. He felt so relieved that his legs almost gave out on him. He was so worried that he almost urinated on the spot!
