He was considering how he could have Lu Zihan thank him, when he noticed that the second page of his notebook was loosened. So, he opened the notebook.

Huala!

The page which seemed to be glued before was opened easily.

Shen Zhe’s eyes glittered.

He had been using the notebook since junior high school. It was so old that he couldn’t remember at all what was recorded on the second page.

However, he was certain that it should be useful knowledge, or the key points that the teacher had imparted.

He lowered his head and read it, only to be stunned…

“What’s this? This was all I wrote down in the first class after I got this notebook?”

On the second page of the notebook, there was nothing but an “=” sign.

It was the first after he got the notebook, and the teacher spoke for forty-five minutes. Yet, a “=” was all that he wrote?

Shen Zhe didn’t know what to say.

There was a reason why his grades were so bad.

“The first page is blank and the answers I write on it will change the guidance book accordingly. I wonder how I can use the equal sign…”

He had learned how to use the first page, but the second page was still a puzzle.

However, he was in no hurry. Since he had a pencil and the first page was still not full, he’d better change his talent first.

Thinking about that, Shen Zhe wrote with the pencil on the first page without any hesitation.

“I have the best talent in cultivation on this continent!”

His handwriting gradually vanished as he stopped.

“It doesn’t work this way…”

After his experiences, he understood that his words disappearing indicated that the notebook was incapable of making it happen.

It was like when he wrote “Wang Qing is a pig”.

“I’m supreme!”

“I have a beautiful girlfriend!”

He wrote many lines, but they all dispersed.

“I thought it was an awesome goldfinger, but it can’t even change my talent…” said Shen Zhe in disdain.

His hack was obviously not as good as the one from Library of Heaven’s Path.

Since nothing was written, the pencil was not shortened at all, and he could still use it three times.

After trying so many times, he finally realized that the notebook could only change answers and help him accomplish a task more easily.

For example, if it weren’t for his pencil, he couldn’t have refined herbs with a griddle.

“Fine, I’ll go to class first…”

Shen Zhe checked the clock and had to stand up.

It was time for class. If he was late again, he wouldn’t be as lucky as when he encountered Mr. Xin Qi.

On his way to the classroom, many people pointed at him and whispered. Many girls were even giggling.

Shen Zhe found it perplexing. However, being the one with the last place of the school, he was accustomed to public mockery. It wasn’t a big deal for him.

Hardly had he sat down in the classroom when Wang Qing approached him with a weird face.

“Shen Zhe… Is it true?”

“What are you talking about?”

Shen Zhe was puzzled.

“You know… Last night!”

Wang Qing seemed rather shady.

“Last night?” Shen Zhe was even more curious.

Last night, he made a drug and gave it to Zhao Chen. Nothing else happened…

“It has spread out throughout the school. There’s no point denying it…” Wang Qing chuckled.

“What exactly are you talking about?”

Shen Zhe was even more confused.

“It’s…” Wang Qing was about to reply, when Ling Xueru approached them in a hurry.

The girl was so angry that her face was pale and she seemed to be exploding. Staring at Shen Zhe, she stammered, “Shen Zhe, let me ask you… Did you and Zhao Chen… do it?”

“Zhao Chen and I? Do it?”

Pu!

Shen Zhe spewed out the water he was drinking and nearly passed out. Could anyone tell him what was going on?

There was nothing between him and Zhao Chen!
