31 Into the Fores (1/2)

James was shocked at seeing that he was the only one left in the Derock Islands. He went to the forums to see why he was the only one left. He couldn't find anything about the Derock islands, but he did find that many people had restarted their accounts due to the fact that the npcs in the high tier kingdoms area just saw them as cannon fodder. He started to wonder what would happen to Starry Dawn when their rivals actually make their own virtual games. He decided to put that thought in the back of his mind before logging in.

When he got back into the game, he started brewing the haste potions that he learned to do a while back and health potions. He ended up with a dozen potions. He then went to meet up with the group to go out into the forest.

The group started to head into the forest. When Sirius tried to get the names of everyone in the group, he was met with hostility.

They continued to walk down into the forest. They meet a few monsters, but before Sirius could do anything, the monsters were killed. Over time he realized that a couple of people in the group seem to have other intentions other then getting materials. He could sense some blood lust from the hooded ones in the group. He wasn't sure who it was, but he decided to stay away from them and make an escape plan in case things go wrong.

After camping in the forest overnights, arrived at a large tree. It looked like a normal oak tree, except for the fact that it was enormous, and it blue veins on the surface.

”This is it. Let's hurry and get a branch of the blue vein tree for the fort before the guardian beast comes back. You there keep an eye out for the beast. Warn us when you see it. I'll go and collect a branch.”

The man then went up the tree. He nearly fell a few times, but he still held on. While he was looking for a high quality branch to use, Sirius noticed a blue fruit hidden in a leaf pile on the ground. He then took the fruit without anyone noticing, and he hid the fruit on himself.
