Meanwhile, it was a silent drive to the market. Even though it was only a 15-minute drive away from Wang Yi-An's home, but the entire ride, Wang Yi-An remained silent which made it felt like it was forever. Liu Shun-Feng couldn't believe how much similar her attitude was compare to his mother. No wonder why she liked her! She's giving him a silent treatment. But why should he care about her?

Liu Shun-Feng doesn't want his mother to give him another silent treatment again, so he volunteered to take Wang Yi-An to the market. But, he also found it interesting. To him, the girl sitting next to him was indeed the most interesting girl he had ever met.

Before her, he had never met a girl that would treat him with such coldness. He doesn't know what kind of fate this is, but sure enough. He doesn't hate it.

Finally, they arrived, and he drove his car into an underground parking lot nearby the market, and parked the car further away from the entrance. It was a five-minute walk, but once they got there, Wang Yi-An couldn't get out because of the child-lock on her side. Yet, she still attempted to open the door on her own, but still the door wouldn't budge.

”Can't you be a bit more lady-like and wait for the man to open the door for you?”

Wang Yi-An didn't hold back her comment, ”I don't see a man here, just an immature boy.”

Immature? Liu Shun-Feng doesn't know how to response to that comment of hers. Never would anyone would say that to him. He was always the mature man, that knows what he wants in life. She was the first to call him, ”Immature.”

”You... Really have a sharp tongue don't you?”

Liu Shun-Feng wanted to show her how mature he was, he doesn't want to start a fight with her, ”Look, I was serious about being friends. Can't you forget about our little incident today and pretend that nothing happen?”

”No.” Her answer was firm, she was emotionless. She didn't even give it a second thought before she replied to him. It was quick, like ripping off a Band-Aid. So fast, there was this lingering pain that comes after it, but it was only for a second. However, it was already over before he realized it.

”Are you dating anyone?”

”No.”

”Good, because with that attitude of yours. You'll be single for life!”

”So?”

”So?!” Liu Shun-Feng can't compete with her. This girl has few words to say, but every word she replies was like someone had jabbed him in his back. It was painful, and he doesn't know how to response to it.

In his heart he knew if he talks with her any more. He'll go crazy. But his mind doesn't listen to his heart. ”So! You are so ugly! No one would want to marry you.”
