82 Didnst expect it so soon? (1/2)

Liu Shun-Feng went over to the driver's seat and sat down as he closed the door. He buckled up his belt, while his mother was just quiet. Next to him, quiet, but the silent was what he feared the most.

Madam Liu was never strict with Liu Shun-Feng, because he lost his father when he was only four years old. So she spoiled him and gave him everything and anything he wanted. Perhaps now she regretted not being stricter with him.

The first time when Madam Liu gave him this type of silent treatment was when he told her he wanted to be an actor and not work at the family business. Madam Liu had sheltered the fallen Liu Enterprise on her own shoulders. She was eager to pass everything to him, but when he said he wanted to be an actor. She was silent for days.

Only two years ago when he acted in his first drama that got him his fame, and his first award as best supporting actor did she finally realised how hard he had been trying for the Liu Enterprise.

And because of his newfound fame. Liu Enterprise had become stronger. But also because of the scandal that Liu Shun-Feng was in, she couldn't get her company promotion in on time!

This child of hers. She could only hope that one day he could help her shoulder the entire Liu Enterprise.

Liu Shun-Feng remembered how disappointed his mother looked at him. Now, for the second time she sat there, quiet.

”Ma...” Liu Shun-Feng spoke up, he wanted to explain to her why he was late, and all the rumours about him were untrue.

Madam Liu didn't say anything. But she still typed in the Yang Manor's address into his GPS. Without a word, she sat back down. Liu Shun-Feng understood what she wanted. She wanted him to go with her to the Yang's manor and greet Mr and Mrs Yang.

His father was best friends with Mr Yang, and he and Yang Tian-Xu were like brothers because they played around a lot when he was little. He would often hang out with Jin Qi-Long and Yang Tian-Xu whenever he's in City Y for filming or events.

But it had been awhile since he saw Yang Tian-Xu. The last time he saw him was four years ago when he filmed a drama at Yang Corps.

Madam Liu planned to release her new Wedding dress line and moved back to City Y as well, so she wanted to come and greet them and gave them the news that they would be moving back. However, the scandal Liu Shun-Feng had with some random actress made her so angry, she felt like she had lost face. How would she face them now?

The thoughts of facing them in such an embarrassing situation had caused her to feel dizzy. She fainted in the car, Liu Shun-Feng didn't realise it until he was already half-way to the Yang's manor.

He panicked, and the closest place was the clinic that Mother Wang worked at, and perhaps it was destiny. Mother Wang was there and at first she couldn't recognise Madam Liu. But for sure Madam Liu could remember her. The moment she regains consciousness, she could recognise Mother Wang, like it was just yesterday when they were still just high school students.

Mother Wang was so surprised to see her, she came to Madam Liu's bedside, and they gave each other a warm embrace, like two sisters that had been separated for a long time, finally reunited.
