28 Paradise 2 (2/2)
Since he is on MBN this personal space of his in Paradise is going to be located on MBN.
After completing the procedure to bring in Ax, Alyx left the room and went outside. Walking out of the building this is the first time Alyx stepped into any kind of city after becoming an Aon.
This is a futuristic looking city which you only see in some kind of sci-fi movie but it is also slightly strange to look at for Alyx as the structure of many of the buildings is unique and completely different from the ones seen on Earth. On the street there are no vehicles, only pedestrians and the passer-by on the street have strange appearance. Their height and race are varied, but they are conversing with each other and even buying various items from the shops around, moreover on everyone's shoulder there are small creatures of different types levitating.
In the stream of people on the street Alyx stood out like a sore thumb as they never saw a human before but no one approached to talk with him as this is common occurrence as there are many bizarre looking creatures in the universe. Looking at his dazed state they understood that he was a first timer and should be from some small planet. Alyx was wearing the simple default clothes of Paradise and on his shoulder floated a fist sized Ax who also resembled a human.
Since Ax had access to Alyx memories of Earth he is also creating his personality and identity based on it.
”This is this the Virtual Universe? Paradise?”
Alyx stood on the street and looked at the stream of people on street somewhat stunned. It brought back his memories of Earth's busy cities.
*That is obvious.* Ax sound resounded, *We are now in the Virtual Universe, Paradise.More precisely we are on the MBN.*
”MBN?” Alyx blinks the eye.
*Everyone in the MBN's area of influence, when they enter Paradise, will appear on the Paradise version of MBN.* Ax explained, *Although it is still called MBN here, but the size is much bigger than the one in the Aon universe.*
”So, since the nearby galaxies around any station of Aons have many intelligent lifeforms, they all enter the virtual version of that station when they enter Paradise instead of their own planet. Therefore the area of Aons station in paradise is much bigger than the realistic version in the Aon universe to accommodate the large volume of users.” Alyx exclaims.
*Right and anyone who enters the Virtual Universe has a Virtual Assistant.* as Ax said that he pointed at the floating creatures on the shoulders of passersby.
*These Virtual Assistant's intelligence degree depends on the user. As higher levels of AI are costly to maintain and run most only have low level ones. It depends on the hardware used by the person and as an Aon usually you don't need them but you have me. Low level AI's can't do much and can only follow the orders. They cannot ponder and will only make a simple reply. These assistants are there to help the users navigate this vast world and assist them in Paradise. As long as they have the permission, it will do it.* Ax explained.
