You wonder what this ”level” thing is. You will have to figure that out later.
For now, you want to test the wager method.
You are somewhat sure that the System will give you the same response.
You call out with a strong conviction.

You chuckle.
This response confirms that there are two ways to trigger a quest – wagering or wishing.
While both wagering and wishing method creates quest and helps you reach greater height, they are not the same.
Since becoming a God is way too out there currently, you wish to become the most powerful person in the world instead.
Using the second quest of fucking your mother as basis, you specify a new quest with the System.
Before you speak your mind, you dress yourself.
It would be awkward, being knocked out in the front seat and completely naked.
You cover Celine with a blanket after you got dressed because it is the right thing to do.
The right thing would be not fucking her silly, but who is keeping score?

Wishing method does not require placing up a wager. The sacrifice is part of the wish itself, just like if you fail in bedding your mother, your mother will become the sacrifice.
