37 Daddy Is Cute (1/2)

Nathan took Ella back to his suite in the hotel

She stared at the room with wide open eyes

”Wow” she said as she ran towards the bed and started jumping on it.

”Its....so....bou.....ncyyy.....”

Nathan stared at the girl for a while with a huge smile on his face, he realised that he wanted to give her the best in life.

Now that he knew she existed he wasn't sure if he would be able to live a day without her now

He was sad about the fact that he missed most of her firsts but he wanted to make up for it, for all the time he hadn't known her and for all the time he was never there when she needed him.

”Ella, what would you like to eat?, I will ask the hotel to get it for you”

Nathan said as he sat next to her on the bed

”Pizza! Pizza! Pizza!” Ella jumped continuously

”Ok....since your mother didn't say anything about eating pizza, I'll order some”

Jenner came in with a box not long after, while Ella was eating, Jenner was busy staring at the girl intently

Nathan noticed and a teasing smile appeared on his face

”Your eyes are about to fall off”

”What? no!” Jenner covered her eyes as quick as she could.

Nathan laughed at her silliness, she has always been like this, whenever she is lost in thought, just tell her anything and she would believe it!

Jenner glared at Nathan who was still laughing.

”No Fair....., you're so annoying!”

Nathan patted her head coaxing her as usual

”Why were you staring at her that way?, it was sort of creepy”

”I couldn't help it!, she is just so cute!” Jenner said as she rested her face on her palms and sighed

”It's nice to see you happy like this again Mu Chen”

Jenner hardly said his name, hearing it now he was slightly taken aback.

Something was bothering her, the woman who always acted like she had no feelings was finally, finally bothered by something!

”J.R, is there a problem?”

Jenner nodded, at first she didn't want to tell him but now she was feeling really guilty.

”I knew Shola was pregnant”

”What?!” Nathan asked shocked.

Jenner stroked the hair of the girl that was busy eating before she continued

”Shola told me not to tell you, I did try to tell you many times though but you always say I shouldn't bring up any topic about Shola.

I decided that it would be better if you found out from Shola yourself, that's why I worked so hard on this project.

I had a bit of hope that the both of you will meet again and talk things over

I'm really sorry Nathan”

Nathan smiled warmly at her, he understood.

It wouldn't have been right if he found it out from her, it was not her secret to tell and now that he knew, he didn't bother thinking about the past anymore
