”Miss Lilian, you've arrived!”
Lilian smiled lightly at the officer as she walked towards the counter
”You didn't come last week, what happened?”
”I had work to do at the hospital” Lilian said as she signed on the paper handed to her.
”I'll go call him for you, please follow me”
Lilian was already used to every protocol taken, she sat at her usual spot waiting for the person she wanted to visit.
”Lily!” a man with brown hair and black eyes sat in front of her, Lilian smiled brightly as she held his hand
”Hey” Lilian let go of his hand and took something out from her hand bag
”Mom said to give this to you and she also said i should remind you to take care of yourself”
”I'm in jail Lilly, take care of my self how?” The man had a mocking smile on his face as he looked at his wife
”Just because you're here doesn't mean there's no hope.
The lawyer and I are doing everything we can and I think by next year we can get you out”
Lilian said trying to cheer the man up
”You know that your aunt won't let that happen, she put me here and I can only get out when she wants me to”
”Jason, don't lose hope, be strong for me, for our family, you can't give up yet!”
Lilian said with years in her eyes, she herself wasn't sure kg he would ever leave this place but, she was willing to try. She wasn't ready to give up!
”Mm, don't worry. Once I'm out of here we can start our family like we planned and I can get your mother to bake more things for me” Jason smiled at Lilian, he was trying to be positive because be knew that she would begin to overwork herself because of him.
Lilian laughed as well, handing over a letter to Jason

”Nathan wrote me a letter, not Sholana?”
Lilian nodded lightly, it seems she forgot to tell him about Shola's condition.
