Kokabiel's eight wings were spread majestically, as he looked down upon the kids standing in front of them...

”Council President and her peerage, I suggest you all create a barrier that will surround the school, we will defeat these guys” Issei spoke with determination but had different plans in mind.

Sona understood what Issei wanted to say, it was like a smart brain to another, she smiles, as she does not say anything and leaves, to prepare for the shield...

'Now then, let's buy time, until the shield is made'

”Kokabiel, is it why are you targeting our city, or rather this territory?” a straight question by Issei, after thinking what he is about to do, is composure indicated others to keep quiet while he does the speaking...

'Sigh...! Even though I'm the king' Rias thinks this in her mind as she too looked up...

”Well, you all will meet your demise anyway, why not I just tell you...I want to trigger a war”

”War? Didn't the three factions agreed that never to have war, since the last one”

After hearing that, Kokabiel's eyes, red in colour glowed, much more darkly, and spoke...”We the fallen angel were winning, but the Governor General withdrew in between the war, someone like me who likes to crush enemies was stopped from taking part in battles...that's why I prepared this, if I destroy this area...”

”Which belongs to Rias Gremory, killing her in the process to trigger the war with the demon king, Sirzechs Lucifer? Am I correct?” Issei completes Kokabiel's sentence, after listening to this Kokabiel laughs manically, and says, ”Amusing kid, it's just my intuition but do you like war?”

”That's my favourite breakfast,” Issei replies with a smile, the rest sighs...

Of course, everyone by now was familiar with Issei's behaviour; he is a battle maniac...

”So are you going to fight me?”

”Nope, I'm just gonna sit and watch the rest of you fight” Issei says as he looks towards others with a smile...

”Eh?”

”Ehhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
