The boy was none other than Issei himself.
The commotion just now cause Raiser to get extremely pissed as she screamed,
”What the hell are you doing here pheasant?”
Even before Issei could answer, someone else replied for him...
”I brought him here” the voice rang from the other side.
When the attendants and Raiser, which included Rias, turned around to see who it was, they were shocked to the core.
The man was wearing, golden and crimson metallic outfit, with a black cape.
His crimson hair fell almost to his shoulders and had dynamic green eyes, with a handsome face.
”Th-The-The Great Devil King, Sirzechs Lucifer-samaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
One of attendants screamed at the top of his voice, the entire room became hetic, people were talking and stuff, but then Sirzechs waves his arm indicating to stop right, there and that instant everyone fell silent.
Slowly, Sirzechs walked near Raiser, who had bowed down then spoke,
”Raiser-kun, I brought him here”
”Why would you do such thing?”
”Because I was a spectator of the previous match, between you and my little sister, and admit it or not she had you cornered”
”I do believe that the final result is all that matters” Raiser said with a disgusted face.
”But, my sister is an uprising devil, she does deserve a second chance, don't you think”
Raiser knew it was pointless to argue against the Devil King, so asked,
”What do you want me to do?”
”How about a duel?”
”A duel against me and Rias?”
”No, a duel against you and Rias's pawn, Issei Hyodo”
”A duel against me and that pheasant, it would not be even a match, I will just annihilate him”
”We'll see about that” Sirzechs looks up as he continues, ”Ise-kun, do you accept the duel?”
'Calling me 'Ise' from the get-go, huh' Issei thought in his mind, and then he spoke, ”I see why not”
”Do you accept Raiser-kun?”
